The young man who checked us in was very helpful he set me up for Best Western rewards. He handled on money appropriately and I felt he was very professional and I actually mentioned to my husband that I felt he was going above and beyond.

They kept my deposit on my credit card I had got two rooms one for me and my husband and one from my assistant in my driver. And they kept the cash deposit for one room and they kept the deposit on my credit card for the other room. They were rude they were disrespectful they woke up my driver at 7:00 a.m. on a sunday. To tell him that the room was vacant and nobody was supposed to be in there. Which how did we get the keys if the room wasn't paid for? LOL not funny these people will rob you blind do not pay a deposit unless it is on an actual bank account because they will steal your money at this Best Western there was a short fat blonde woman who is older who literally took my money out of the envelope when she realized it was their mistake and waved it in my face and said I'm keeping this. Think long and hard before you get a room here

Pleasant and comfortable room, well-lit, with a good desk for working. Very good value for the money.

It is nice when hotel rooms also include a comfortable chair for sitting (not just a desk chair); this room did not. ' The hotel does not have an elevator.

the hot tub/jacuzzi was out of order. they charge you for incidentals BEFORE your stay. now I have to wait for those charges ($140) to be refunded to my credit card. this is a VERY unjust practice.

It was awful!! The staff had no clue what was going on during check in. They couldn't find our reservations after even showing her the confrontation # .we also requested a later check out which we received a confirmation for and was accepted and even after showing the staff that we had a confirmed email for the late check out she informed me that they didn't approve it and we would be charged extra. Just an awful experience I am never going to use your company again and never stay at this location again!!!! 😡🤬😡🤬🤬🤬🤬

The pool was warm and the room was decent sized but it wasn't cleaned and the amenities wasn't stocked and even left an opened bottle of lotion that was 90% used.

Had to leave around the time breakfast started but it looked good and it was ready right on time and permitted us to be able to grab some stuff
