Staff was friendly and breakfast was fresh.

Staff alerting a citizen that a person was staying there after the staff refused to tell them, staff gave in and told the citizen they would call the room since they were booked. Huge safety issue for not only the person who I booked, but the staff and other guests.

Well from the photos the room looked nice and relaxing and the pool hours are nice.. but pictures can be deceiving !

When we got to the hotel our room was still dirty so I called and they transferred us to another room and when we walked into that one it was also dirty ! So we ended up at a cheap hotel waiting for our $335 refund!! It took us to talk to not one employee but two for us to finally get the manager to get ahold of us and refunded our money. Was very disappointed because this was just and random trip I did for my kids to go swim and relax while on Christmas break from school but ended up at a terrible $39 dollar a night hotel! Smh Hire better housekeeping OR hire a better HEAD housekeeper that’s check after the rooms are cleaned.

Our room was supposed to be handicap accessible, it was not. GM said he didn’t have a room that was. Room backed up to mechanical room and was noisy all night. GM was not interested in adjusting our rate.

The room was so dirty we had to change our first room. The other seemed rather ckean bıt smelled awful. I had to stay a week, housekeeping only changed towels.

Bed was comfortable and well made, nice location, close to airport, gas station, and food.

Housekeeper opened my door without knocking 8am on my check out day, even when do not disturb label was on the door, so disrespectful, check out is 12 pm please allow your clients to get rest. Carpet is old, ceiling is cracked in the bathroom.
