It was very clean and close to my destination. The staff was very friendly.

You had to pay for breakfast. I thought it was included with the price of the hotel stay. We stayed at another hotel last month and was given a full hot breakfast without having to pay for it.

booked a double bed room and upon check in they informed me that they don’t have any. Then stuck us in a room that someone had smoked in. The property had the window open and a fan going to try and get the smell out. Not good!

room was pretty big and had all the essentials didn’t try the restaurant but they had a good range of food staff members i interacted with were pretty nice

That there is a charge of $ 200 being held on my card..The room was paid in full. No,to the room but a $100 fee was held for the incident fee...Never had this experience at any other Hilton I stayed at..If my money is not replaced back on the card bank filing fraud charges.

The only good thing about this hotel was the location to local stores and highways.

This hotel was one of the worst I have ever stayed in and highly disappointed in Hilton for putting their name on this hotel. The lobby stunk like $2 airport cologne, our floor (3) smelled like smoke and marijuana the whole time, and the noise level was ridiculous. The slamming of doors was nonstop. The elevators have doors that look like they have not been cleaned in years, and our bathroom had rust and grime around the bottom spout. Breakfast was ridiculously priced, and most Hiltons offer coffee throughout the day - not here. Many of the other people staying in the hotel were of a caliber that I would not suggest you stay here with families. Hilton in the hood.

we shortened our stay due to the smell of weed outside in the hallway. not any fault of the staff just a general problem in NYC.

very clean. the room was a good size with the King size bed. The first thing I said when I walked in was room smelled amazing. It’s very close to shopping plaza and places to eat. very convenient location.
