The location was great, very close to the Barclays Center. You have a lot of interesting things to see walking distance. The receptionist was amazing!

Me and my friend stayed at this hotel for 5 nights.
- The room was very dusty. Feels like the room has not been used (and cleaned) for a very long time. Coffee machine was disgustingly dirty.
- AC is very loud. Had to turn off the AC to be able to sleep.
- Wardrobe was missing one door. Looks like this door was broken and had been removed.
- A few outlets were not working. We could not charge our phone/tablet properly.
- The safe was on "low battery". We asked the front desk to send someone to fix this. Nobody came during our entire stay. We were not able to use the safe.
Overall, this was a very unpleasant stay. Will not be staying at his hotel again!

The smell in the room when we got into, was horrible, as they cleaned it, but probably with dirty rag...
The air condition was always on FAN... no heat / cold states..
When set to automat mode it didn't work over an hour & more.
If set it to on, it was very strong... it was noisy AC...
I was required to pay for luggage storage in the day of checkout after spending a week in the hotel... 1.80 $ per luggage...

Everything - cheap decor, sheets and pillows, staff didn't really care what was going on - wouldn't even receive food delivery - they left it by the door next to the trash

Close to several subway lines. Staff were super friendly. Fridge in the room.
Double beds were tiny. Room was tidied every day apart from Sunday but not cleaned - the carpet floor was filthy. No Netflix or other streaming services. The shower was weird. Overall slightly tired and the only thing, which was 4 star was the staff.

Very clean & neat! Everything was perfect! Great customer service! Everyone & everything was great! The gym was awesome too! Was able to get my workouts in . They have really good equipment! Thanks will definitely stay again. And btw, location was perfect! Had a great run to the bridges and back! Amazing time! Thanks guys!

The hotel is in a very convenient location - accessible to several subway stops and can get to Manhattan easily. The room was clean and beds were comfortable. Place has a pretty well equipped gym.
The water cooler on the second floor was not working. The power outlet in our bathroom was not working so had to use the hair dryer away from the mirror.

Loved the friendly quotes placed around the hotel. The location was great for us. The staff was very friendly. Something came up for us personally and we had to shorten our stay. the staff worked with us and Booking.com to allow us the check out earlier than we had arranged and returned our money for the two days we missed.

Did not eat at hotel but loved the restaurant and stores in the area. Angelica Pizza next door and Nesbins Food Mart had great food, just walking distance. We used DoorDash for Juniors Cheesecake Restaurant, our favorite.
EVEN is in the heart of Brooklyn so not as restful with sirens, car horns, and busyness of the area. However, it worked perfectly for us to walk to see family members.

There were a lot of positives : the location was excellent , the rooms were clean & comfortable, the staff was great - helpful, pleasant. Additionally We booked an accessible room and it had all that we needed.
The price for the room was the best we could find in the area.
The 24hour marketplace kiosk was convenient for snacks etc and the on site restaurant made delicious burgers which teen daughter & I enjoyed.
The courtyard was also a nice feature , used it for some quiet time and even to participate in an online meeting.
Unfortunately for us a wheelchair wasn’t available at the time we requested, perhaps another patron was using it.
That would have been great.
We traveled to the area for medical treatment and so stayed at the hotel for two weeks. We would have liked a washer/dryer but understand it just may not be appropriate at this hotel.

Our room was not as described. I booked a king room and when we arrived the only room available was one with two double beds. The room did not have central air, the carpet was badly stained, the yoga mat and wipes were missing and the foam roller was broken. The window wouldn’t close fully and as a result the noise from the street was very loud all night. We had to pack up all our belongings the next morning and leave our luggage at the front desk until another room became available that evening. Very disappointed and I would like a refund
