Very nice hotel with friendly staff even when they were understaffed with housekeeping. I would recommend this hotel.

Room was great and clean and just what we were looking for

We went down to the bar and sat at the bar for 10 mins and didn't even get talked too. We left without getting served. Kind of a bummer to end the night on but, you could tell the bartender wasn't worried about we needed or that we were even sitting at her bar.

This hotel does not normally have management available to speak to. However, I called previously requesting to know how many kids could come to the hotel because I was throwing my daughter a party and wanted to make sure the kids could swim in the indoor pool. I called ahead And they said everything was fine that the pools were ready. When I got there, the indoor pool ceiling was falling in the hot tub had yellow warning tape around it. And the pool was freezing because it’s May in Georgia and it was not as warm as it is in the middle of the summer . Not getting my refund

The indoor pool as well as the jacuzzi was out of order. There was hair on the toilet and on the bathroom floor. Breakfast does not begin until 7am on Sundays.

The location was nice and the parking was safe. The gym equipment was new and nice.

We usually stay at this hotel for our yearly company training, but after this trip, we are changing our reservations for our entire company!!! 1. The Indoor pool was closed and we stayed here for the reason. They stated it was closed for maintenance, but it had been closed since Nov 2022. We were not notified of this when we checked in. When we questioned the front desk about it, they stated there was nothing they could do. We asked if we could check out for the rest of our stay and was told that once our card was charged they couldn't change it. They offered us one free drink from the bar which was insulting because we do not drink 2. Both Jacuzzi tubs were out of service. 3. Outdoor pool was fifthy and freezing! 3. Racket ball courts were closed the entire weekend. Front desk said they didn't have a key. 3. NO HOT WATER. We traveled with a small child and when we called about the bathtub not producing hot water, we were told to let it run for 30 minutes and then call back. It never got hot. It stayed lukewarm. 4. We paid extra for a balcony with "pool view" what we got was a corner balcony that looked right into the next door room. The place was empty so there was no excuse for that room. When we asked about it they told us that was the room they give customers when they book online vs through their website. 5. Online it states that breakfast is $16, when we got there they said it would be $25 per morning and we had to eat in the breakfast room. NOT WORTH IT! 6. Coffee machine did not work and was covered in dust. For the amount of money we paid to stay here, we could have stayed somewhere much nicer with better amenities. We have stayed here before and have never had this many problems with this facility. We will not be back!!!

Room with a balcony and view of the pool as requested once we got there. Didn't use it, but they did have a kitchen and could order room service .Room was clean. Bed was comfortable.

No microwave, extra small fridge that didn't really get cool. Slippery shower surface. We had to place a towel down so that we wouldn't fall. For the amount that we paid for the room, breakfast should have been included. It was an extra 16 or 28, depending on which breakfast you choose. This hotel has an old feel to it. Very spacious and felt like we were at the Shining Hotel from the movie since we didn't see too many other guests by it being the weekend. Lol

Room and bed were comfortable. TV worked well.

The guy playing the sax was a little loud.

I’m sad I didn’t ask names but the two clerks… the one that checked me in and the one that checked me out had excellent customer service and the balcony That’s honestly it.

No microwave in the room(clearly I don’t rent rooms enough), refrigerator barely worked, when I cut my water on it was literally green…. The shower rod was hanging on for dear life… for over $200 for one night… definitely should have included breakfast and not be $28 per person! Over priced for sure!

We didn't have any hot water the two days we stayed and they knew our room didn't have hot water, but they put us in it anyways.

There was a party at 3 am that kept our family awake.
