Hidden Gem, well priced with very accommodating features. And surprise there is one of the most unique diners inside of this motel, stayed a week no issues will be staying again. Comfortable beds, internet and interstate access and the diner.

When I got there I had to pay 100 deposit I knew nothing about when my money was already took off my card an the host was very emotional he was trying to get an doctors appointment while checking me in but overall it was ok an the water in the tub was broken

The diner right on the property is so nice with delicious food and pretty good prices, too. They really ought to advertise more heavily that you get a discount at the diner while staying as a guest at the motel! The shower is also great with adjustable pressure and great temperature control for those of us who are picky about that sort of thing.

There was undisclosed construction going on, although they did stop during evening hours. But if you're staying for work or to relax, it could be frustrating not to be aware until you hear a hammer nextdoor. I did also get bitten by bugs in my sleep and saw a roach. Not bedbugs, I can confirm that with confidence, but likely these are spider bites. They informed me they spray each week, but I'm a little concerned if that is the case. I have to get antiitch cream to deal with these bites that I didn't have before going to sleep. I'd be a lot more upset if it hadn't been just one night and if it hadn't been my cheapest stay yet for a long road trip.

My wife wanted a jacuzzi room. They had one available. The location was great. The restaurant...City Cafe has always been a favorite. The room was large. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The room wasnt as clean as it should have been. Lots of dust and Qtips under the bed. Fake fingernails in the floor and in the sink. Mirrors needed to be cleaned. The motel can really use an update.

Love this place. Close to the summit ball park. Good food in the cafe.

the soap dispenser in the shower did not work and sound traveled thru the door from other guests in the hall. But that is not the fault of the hotel, just rude people being loud unreasonably late.

It feels like we were scammed. the property was nothing like the pics online. if I were Best Western I would be embarrassed to have such a property. it was so bad we left and found a better place. it was unfortunate that I was already billed before we arrived. Over $200 for a smelly, broken down old Motel that had doors that did' close properly, I was almost was locked in the bathroom. the swipe card didn't work and an employee who was mysteriously hanging around just swiped me in without question. We honestly felt we were placed in a very dangerous situation. it looks like an old Super 8 Motel that was purchased site unseen, not cleaned or maintained and Best Western threw a sign up.
