we were put in a room that was rarely used down a hallway. it was a handicap room that was filthy and the shower flooded the entire bathroom.

Needs maintenance and updates

The location was nice as well as the breakfast and parking.

The toilet didn't work very well and the hotel was right next to a busy street so it was quite loud. The TV also was skipping and not working most of the time when I tried using it.

We were very pleased with our stay. No problems bringing our Basset Hound. Wi'-Fi was good. Breakfast options were good for our needs and Parking was good. We experienced no problems at all. We also enjoyed the food carts that were just east down Stark St. Only about 3 blocks if one were walking and same side of the street, so no major traffic to cross.

Check the toilet before it gets late. I didn't think that advice was ever necessary to a guest at a motel chain like Ramada until I stayed there. My first night, I woke up and needed to use the toilet and didn't turn on the lights because I wanted to avoid waking up even more. I sat down on the toilet and fell off because the toilet seat had not be fastened down. I could have seriously hurt myself. I complained daily about the seat and ot wasn't until the third day of my stay that it was repaired. The assassination squad wasn't done though. That evening as I went into the bathroom I notice a rusted piece of metal laying on the floor. If someone had stepped on it, they could have been seriously injured or worse. I don't feel like one should rent a motel room and feel like their lives might be endanger. You've been warned.

Parking is a bit tight.

The beds were comfortable. The breakfast was adequate. The staff allowed us to have late check out. I appreciated that each room had a refrigerator and a microwave, which I hadn't noticed on the booking.

In room 116, some of the outlets were not working. The hair dryer blew out when I tried to use it. The area is kinda iffy: a lot of homeless people in the area.. the breakfast should be kept open a little longer.
