The staff is always very friendly

There was alot of commotion going on and usually it's pretty peaceful, but this time it wasn't. The room was not very clean. I'm not sure if it was accidentally missed or what, but the bathroom was dirty and there was a cup from a restaurant left on the sink. Just wasn't my best experience there. Plus the pool wasn't usable

Your basic "I need a place to sleep" hotel. Nothing too fancy, but the room was fine and comfortable. Good value if you are just looking for a place to spend the night on a trip, or need a place for your baseball / softball / basketball team to stay.

No real complaints. Was only there for 7 hours, most of which was sleeping.

Close to interstate

Not clean, old bathroom, did not help me when had to check out early. I told them 20 hours before check out. My rate was 97 per night and they charged me 98 to check out early. I stayed 2 of the 3 nights.

The pool was broken spoke to 2 different people they were not willing to take money off even though the pool was broken all the time we were there

Facility needs some maintenance. Pool closed, laundry out of order, noisy elevator.

There wasn’t a fridge in the room. They had been renovating and yet things were beat up and marked up. The tub was chipped in several places down to the enamel and the tub faucet leaked constantly no matter what we tried.

the room had a stand up shower and the mat was dirty , didn’t look like it had been cleaned nor did the shower itself but everything else was perfect , the bed was very comfortable and it was very quiet to be full

The Manager checked me in and was very professional and friendly. Very easy check-in.

The only thing I didn't like was leaving.

pool wasn’t open and they said there wasn’t a fitness room on site when I seen the signs inside saying there was.

The facility was very clean and well lighted. There was plenty of hot water and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast exceeded expectations. I expected a cup of coffee and a packaged breakfast item but actually got to enjoy sausage, scrambled eggs, orange juice, and my coffee. There were other options available as well.

The entire area is under construction. More signage would have been helpful in finding the hotel. I never did figure out how to work the TV correctly. Directions would have helped. There was a coffee maker in the room but no coffee cup. Otherwise, my stay met my needs well.
