walking up 6 steer cases cause the elevator was out but overall it was cool & the cable tv was not working that sucks couldn’t watch tv 🫤 .. wish there was way I can get free room stay cause room was not up to part but i stayed cause it was the very last room😊

We got there late after a very long day of travel and there was no one at the desk (even after calling out and walking around to look for someone) so we waited a while. There is NO parking in the hotel parking lot or the hotel next door for ANY large vehicle (we were in a 10' Uhaul) and it was really difficult. We ended up having to park in mud by the dumpster and then got blocked in in the morning. There was also a man in the parking lot harassing us for money and the area didn't feel safe after. Would not recommend. Also, the breakfast isn't really a breakfast at all. Don't plan on eating there.

Breakfast was biscuits and gravy, lukewarm at best. Not impressed.

My room wasn't clean. Hair in the shower, dirty towels at the back of the cabinet, floor was dirty and when I told the lady at the front desk as I was checking out, she ignored me and talked past what I said and never acknowledged it. And there was only one towel of each size in the room... had to call for more

Everything was good. The people were nice and the rooms were clean and comfortable. it was in a nice location too!

Had everything we needed for our family and dog as we prepared for and recovered from the annual dog shows. Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and comfortable. They asked about preferences and put us where we could go down the stairs and to the dog area easily.

Dog area could use a bag/trash station and more frequent clean-up as the proximity to the highway brings blowing trash.

I still have not recurved my deposit back from y'all( Booking) or Red Roof Inn.in my opinion I should not have to wait for my money when they check up on departure..
