I did not eat breakfast.
I had a great experience as always. It is a little pricey. Considering I stay at this location at least ever other month I wish you offered discounts.

Very clean, the staff was very helpful and very friendly. My 5 year old spilled her drink while we were checking in and I asked for a mop to clean it up. The staff insisted they would clean up and for me to not worry about it. I offered to at least tip the staff and they even refused that. They were very kind and understanding about my kid making a mess.
The tv in my room (402) did not work and there was no hot water. I realize that was beyond the control of front desk staff but they did try to help. This isn’t really a complaint but would’ve been nice to be able to watch tv.

Bed mattress was kinda hard. Remote control had dried ketchup on it.. shower water didn’t get real hot

very clean and a comfortable bed, the shower facilities were wonderful and relaxing adter the a long journey
it would appear that the check in system is pretty outdated and crazy slow. The staff member wasn't in attendance at the check-in desk for about 20mins and no other staff member came to assist.

The comfort of bed was great.
The receptionist could not find my reservation. If I hadn't brought a cpy with me, I may not have gotten in. The receipt I was emailed shows a significent increase in rate $313 jumped to $360. I'm not very pleased with this result...

Location it was very good, the customer service was absolutely impeccable. The facility was very clean, and the room was very spacious and the bed was very comfortable. More importantly, the staff was very accommodating and very polite.

The hotel was easy to find & in a great location. The decor was beautiful, the bed was comfy, the staff was very friendly. I liked that the TV swiveled, so you could watch it from bed. It was very quiet, which made for a good night's sleep.
The room had a sofa bed, which was much smaller than expected. But since the friend i invited didn't come, that turned out not to be a problem.
