room that we stayed in was not clean had to get them in twice to clean it

Everything especially the spa tub it really helped the pain in my sholder

I put on my reservation through Booking.com I needed a 2 queen bed suite with tub. i also called the hotel 2 days before we arrived and was told yes they had queen suites with tubs available, we paid for the largest room. they assigned us to em 317. when we got there staff (3 staff members at desk) would NOT go check room 317 and see if it had a bathtub so she moved us to a disability room on 2nd floor that was smaller than what I paid for by $40.00 a day and would not give me credit. when I told her that is not right and she was ripping us off. she said well you reserved with Booking so that's tuff luck. I asked her if I could go check other room (317) for a tub (my husband requires a tub) and she finally ask another staff member standing there to go check. he came back and said yes it had a tub. all this stress we suffered for 2-3 hours because she didn't want to do her job and she was going to steal money from me by not crediting my account. my husband had a Cardioversion 2days before and I was having surgery the next day, that's why we needed the hotel room so we didn't have to drive over 100 miles day before and the day after my surgery. we are senior citizens and my husband is a DISABLE VETERAN we can't afford being taken advantage of!!!

Room was nice and bed was comfy.

Front desk woman was not so friendly.

The property was clean and quite every easy check in process.

Not enough staff at the front desk when check in or throughout the day.

We’re not much on breakfast anyway. But everything looked good.
