my fridge didn’t keep things cool and the only solution provided was to store breast milk in their fridge downstairs which I’m glad they offered a solution but it shouldn’t have to leave my room to be stored when a fridge is offered

When we called about the bed they changed our room

The first room they put us in the bed sheets was dirty.

There was a bed and a ac that is all I can really say about it.

There was no hot water and when me and my husband told the front staff the owner asked my husband "Did you ask if there was hot water when you checked in?" He said there was a leak in the broiler room and he will not turn it on until the morning for a few hours for everyone to use it. It took us demanding for hot water for him to turn it on so we could use the hot water. I will NEVER stay there again.

the hotel kicked me out at 2am because my big truck was parked in the wring spot. they also kicked out another guest around the same time with a service dog because " pets aren't allowed"

this hotel is ran by a family that lives in the hotel. they basically treat the whole hotel like their own house and not an extension of the cooperate entity

The toilet ran all night, and the a/c was loud.

The price was wonderful and fit our budget. It was easy to get to and the staff was good. We would definitely recommend it to others. Checking out was easy.
