We liked the location and the welcoming and friendly staff. The breakfast ( not included) was excellent and our room was very clean and quiet. The bed was comfortable with a good duvet.

Our room was tiny, about a quater of the size of our hotel room in Midtown Manhattan, but more expensive. We had some trouble to squeeze the stuff we needed for hiking into the room.

Leslie and Marianne are the owners of the property and they go out to their way to make you very comfortable and make sure that everything gos smooth. They make you feel as if you belong there. When the restaurant is open you have to eat there. Their food is phenomenal, and if you have an allergy like me Marianne gos out of her way to make sure the food is made to accommodate your allergy.

Hotel situated on outskirts of Windham which is well served by restaurants and bars, at the junction of 296 and 23a giving excellent access to the beautiful northern Catskills Our room was massive, very comfortable and well appointed, the decor was lovely and there was a spa bath !! There is a very spacious and comfortable shared lounge area and a lovely dining room where we enjoyed an excellent breakfast Our hosts Marianne and Leslie were lovely and nothing was too much trouble

Only being able to stay for two days

Breakfast was good. I enjoyed chatting with the staff.

The TV was difficult to figure out. I wish I had been aware of the dvds.

Good ,pleasant window views , nice table in the room For eating your dinner. The remote for the television, Was difficult to use, had to call the desk for help with that, But once I had that on I left it on. I could not work The shower, but it was beautiful so I used the wash clothes and didn't need the shower. Have them check that To see if how that works. I did not have any more time, I was attending a ski clinic at Windham. VERY PLEASANT I will stay there again. Thank you, margaret

Close to ski area and all restaurants

it’s a bit out dated and old place and you have to pay for the breakfast.

We had an excellent time! The room was super clean, the bed was comfortable and the services and breakfast were amazing! Will be staying here again for sure :)

Nothing other than the soft water or sulfate in the water! Other than that, it was awesome!!

Very nice and cozy hotel, it is quite place to chill out. staff is friendly. we got a room with Jacuzzi which was cool.

the original fireplace was not working, they replace it with smaller electric one.
