parking was not very convenient. could not find a parking spot close.

The facilities were clean and staff was cheerful. The included breakfast was great! We were in Albany for an event at MVP arena. The location was perfect for that.

The staff was absolutely terrible I was told 20 minutes to my room being ready and was not given a room took an hr and a half I said I’m all set you have to pay for parking and your not told

Got there an they gave us the room key, we get there an there are 6 people sitting on the bed. They gave our room to another group of people. They moved us an told me I'd be getting a full refund which I am still waiting for

Breakfast was good. Hotel was understaffed for check in, front desk type service and breakfast service. Hope hiring improves as soon as possible.

Excellent location in Downtown Albany. The hotel is clean and well maintained. Staff working there is kind and available for any requests.

One room in this hotel could end up being very expensive, considering what the city has to offers and the category of the hotel itself too.

They advertised if you forgot something to ask. We forgot tooth paste didn't realize till that night. Hotel had none. A minor detail but a toiletry that should be had on hand if it;s advertised. I would think an in house bar would of been nice

Breakfast was decent and in good supply. Both a mix of hot and cold choices.

My room was infested with ants, I even got bitten by one.

Staff are helpful. Room is spacious.

Housekeeping is not regular. Have to chase to get my room cleaned up. Breakfast choices aren’t very great either, but it is free so I can’t really complain much. You have to do your own laundry/ delivery pick-ups. Also, toothpaste was not provided. I was told by reception that there is none and I can only order it by delivery. However, in the next couple of days, I found a convenient store near the corner of the street only after I have ordered… The carpet is the room is too old. On the first day of arrival, I saw some stain on the toilet which was not desirable. Overall, cleanliness needs to be improved. Maybe a refurb should be considered too.

Quick walk to the MVP arena and the restaurants were in walking distance.
