Friendly call from hotel to inquire about arrival time. Would be arriving late. The retro decor. Downtown location. A place to do laundry.

Very nice place. Quite and comfy. Good value for the money.

There was no one at the office for checkout. Found some kid who did housekeeping who told me just to leave the keys in the room.

How funny. It was closed fir winter after booking 4 months in advance b7t Best Western done the check in for us. We were the only ones staying. It was very vlean and quaint .can't comment on anything else as it wasn't there. 🤣

TV channel selection was awful for the price of the room

The location is great. The fact that you get breakfast from Best Western was pretty alright. The bathroom was nice. Good lighting in the bathroom. I never actually saw an employee with the hotel except housekeeping the morning we left. They were nice when we spoke on the phone tho.

It was a room. That felt like a prison. Concrete/ cinder block walls. It was hard to get comfortable. It was not a warm, cozy atmosphere. Pretty depressing. The room was def lacking. We did our best. No microwave. That was a bummer. They are short staffed, so I think they only have someone there to check someone in until 10pm. If you get there later than that, you have to go to the Best Western down the street to get your key & check in. You also get the Best Western complimentary breakfast in the morning, which was great actually. Thankfully, we were there just to sleep. It was a relatively quick stay. In that sense, they were fine.

The Wall AC was so loud I couldn’t sleep🥺 The plug in the tub did not work for an attempted bath Location and availability of outlets for devices was an issue for me. My charger fell out of the bedside lamp outlets

Aikens Lodge is a charming place reminiscrent of a bygone day, pretty flower beds, easy parking in front my room, comfortable bed. The location is close to the walking trail along the canyon rim, the museum and several restaurants. Its no frills but everything you need.

Kanab is a cool town

It was dirty...there may have been bed bugs.

Breakfast east at the neighboring hotel. It was good and had a good variety

Not really anything available. The soda machine in the ice maker area by the pool was okd and didnt take credit cards. Just needed some drinks. it was frustrating.

It was an excellent place we had on our trip to Grand Canyon, very clean, breakfast was excellent and the lady who was helping with breakfast was very kind as well

Clean outside the corridors because there were a lot of leaves
