The location.

The towels need to be replaced with new ones as they are worn. Not much varieties in breakfast. The internet connection needs to be improved as it got disconnected occasionally.

Quality of bed and bedding was very comfortable.

I have no complaints! When I checked in, the nightstand connected to the wall had fallen off, but when I brought it to the attention of the host, it was handled immediately. I never have problems with Hampton Inns!

The beautiful town of Kanab we truly loved! It was a fascinating cute small town close to Zion National park (super easily reachable), the area was very nice. The room was great, bed was comfortable and the room facilities were all good. We even had a nice 'spa shower', which we really appreciated after long days of hiking. We also really appreciated changing set of warm dishes in the breakfast (especially the egg omelette).

We wanted to use the pool one of the afternoons (around 3pm), but the whole pool area didn't look very clean, there was 1 last small towel (which made it a bit challenging given we were 2 people), and there was a sticking plaster swimming in the pool too, which truly discouraged us to use the pool after all. Even though we give some extra points to the breakfast for the warm dishes, the rest just didn't fulfill standards of 4* hotel - tons and tons of single use plastic and paper (even a paper cup wrapped in plastic - not making any sense), no recycling of these materials, no fresh food except for the warm dishes. We understand that American standards are different, but in Europe, all this (single use papers and plastic, no recycling etc.) has been long banned and seeing it just right across from a national park was so sad for us. The hotel would get so many additional points if it only were the real plates, cups and cutlery.. The check-in to the hotel was not very welcoming - the receptionist didn't even smile at us, it was more like we bothered him, and then he gave us this 'pre-set' talk, which he did so fast that we barely caught all the information - he was obviously bored by his work. The other receptionists that we met were much nicer, so I guess it was just our 'bad luck' for the check in.

I had to go there because the other reservation I did with booking was TERRIBLE. I am demanding my money back or a credit for what I paid for the other hotel

Large room, very comfortable, very well located. Breakfast and overall amenities were better than expected, staff was friendly, easy check-in and check-out. Certainly better than other higher rated hotels I’ve stayed at.

I've always liked Hampton Inns and this one was no exception. We were pleased with everything and will come again when we travel in that direction.
