You could tell the property was old but had been renovated. Very clean and comfortable bed

Cool air, clean.

Did not eat breakfast. Food was in the area you check into and it was not very clean. Left early and stopped to have breakfast as we travelled on further.

Everything. Front desk personnel not very friendly. Room was hot, air had not been turned on. Bed was very hard. Towels were small. Not the size you expect in a hotel/motel. Was not very clean all the way around.

Bed was hard. The put a hold on my debit card after bill was paid. The pictures from booking.com were not the same as the room we had.

The bed was hard, on a busy Rd no sleep, dangerous neighborhood, old motel, my car got keyed and they didn't try to help me.

Staff is always friendly and willing to help . Rooms always clean. I stay here everytime I'm here in Jackson.

Cleanliness of the room was great.

Breakfast wasn't ready at 6:30 as advertised. The front door was still locked, and we had to wait a few minutes for the employee to unlock the door. There was a waffle major but no waffle mix and she didn't offer to get us any. Orange juice was also nasty, but the room was clean so that was the main thing we were looking for.
