Appliances were new, tv was huge and i loved the relevant rocky mountain show. Great bed and pillows, fresh towels and shower worked. Internet was good. Location was excellent. 10 minute walk from The Wheel, which is big cause Estes is nearly a 1 bar town late night.

Microwave in room, but wasn't plugged it, no outlet to use with it (ungrounded outlets) New AC unit but didn't work.. i think the outside unit needed reset. Older building, if suggest some repairs.

The location is great! Our dog loved the area out back.

Rooms are dated, not the most luxurious place for sure.

The wall in our room looked like the wall that you use to see how the paint looks on a wall at home depot. When I tried to close the curtains, they fell off. The smell was not pleasant, and we thought our windows were open because we could hear everything going on outside.

Only thing good was the bed and TV.

Not clean, bathroom door didn’t shut, walls were paper thin. Needs a lot of work done to it

The ceiling was falling down in thre bathroom and the room wasn't very clean. Stains in the tub and on the floors, unidentifiable dark smudges on the bed sheets and lots of dust in the window and corners.

It was FILTHY!!! Dirty walls had paint peeling, dog hair on the sheets - black things on the sheets -the pool was a murky mess-not filled and nasty. Dirty bathroom. Smelly room. I could go on for days. It ruined our 25th wedding anniversary. They should be honest and upfront and THEN-THEY DID NOT REFUND MY MONEY AND I DIDN'T EVEN USE THE ROOM!!!!

I have often stayed here over many years. It is always clean, comfortable bed, staff always friendly and helpful. Easy walking distance from town and the fairgrounds. It is easy access to highways and town's visitor center as well as restaurants, coffee shops, etc. Price is very reasonable for a short 1-2 nights stay.

The furniture, floors and decor could use some upgrades. It did look as if the walls had recently been painted so I think there is some upgrades happening. Everything worked as far as tv, refrigerator, lights, etc.

Location was ok but the property was run down. I have stayed at nicer places for under $60.00.
