There was hundreds of roaches everywhere. Then when I layed down I woke up being attacked by bed bugs. There were so many bed bugs I was squishing them on the sheets. It was the absolute worst place I've ever been. I had to leave at 3am because I was being literally attacked by bed bugs and roaches! I don't wish a place like that even on my worst enemy!

Smelly carpet, burn holes in bedspread, mold on ceiling of shower area...so bad that we slept with our clothes and shoes on over the blanket. We had our own pillows. The heater/air unit was filthy with huge thick dust bunnies.

the room smelled bad you can tell the blankets were not washed, roaches, found drugs in the room, eaten sunflower seeds by the microwave.

The rooms were not clean, I had one towel,nothing else,no washcloths, no bathmat,no hand towels, one bath towel that was it, phones in rooms don't work , the bedding sheets,pillow cases ,bed spread all old stained things stuck on them, and the worst part of it all COCKROACHES ,not one or two but like a colony of them ,if you used a standard size flyswatter you could hit 30 of them in one hit, I'll never even drive into the parking lot again.

beds was very uncomfortable asked for a downstairs unit because I have bad knees at 4pm was told they couldn’t accommodate me had to climb stairs

Run down, filthy, pests and insects inside room.

The price was the only reason I stayed. I know now that I would rather pay the exter twenty to stay at the hotel I normally stay at when visting fort smith.

The room was nasty, The shower had a someone else's bathing belongings, The bed I slept on was broken. My kid couldn't get the wifi to work.

you get what you pay for - the price was awesome, beds comfortable, location great -

It was dirty dead bugs on floor hair from last person on shower walls snack wrappers on floor no toilet paper had to ask for it sink made horrible noise TV was old and broke graffiti on mirror and lights.
