It was a decent rate, friendly staff, and the location was nice.

The bathroom was tiny. There was no coffee in my room. I asked the front desk for some and they had no clue where to find it. They were renovating drop clothes and paint buckets in the hall way. There is no elevator. The eggs and sausage they serve for breakfast were DISGUSTING. ALSO the bed was SUPER UNCOMFORTABLE. I've stayed at other Baymont hotels before and this one was not the same.

I enjoyed how easy it was to check in and out as well as getting to my room. The staff was very nice.

There was a weird substance on one of the two queen beds in my room. There was also the same weird substance on the lamp in the bedroom.

the hallway stunk of drugs, there was a hole in the bathroom door where it looks like someone punched it, the tv channel selection was terrible, the peephole on the door was sloppily filled in, it looked like the door had been kicked in previously because of the horrible replacement of the lock, and there were no trays to take food up to your room for breakfast

Quiet time

TV remote didn't work properly asked to get it fixed the lady at the front desk said the manager would be back and would fix it then I told her to wait until the next day because we didn't want anyone in our room without us there. Later that afternoon when we returned to the room the manager told us he had been in our room and fixed the remote. I was furious, he said we didn't put the do not disturb card on the door. I told him there was no such card in the room. No one has a right to be in my room when I'm not!! And the remote still didn't work properly. Although the staff apologized I still feel my privacy was violated and I won't be staying there again.

Beds were reasonably comfortable. Towels were really nice and fluffy. Able to get extra blanket at check in. Quiet.

Coffee and hot water dispensers took forever to dribble out and fill a cup. Ring of soap (?) about 2" above bottom of tub. Corners of bathroom had not been cleaned in a long time.
