they told us when we arrived that they were booked. That they had the right to fill up the rooms because we had not paid. Our reservation did not ask us to pay.

NOTHING! It was awful and dirty. The ceilings were molded. The covers was dingy, the floors was sticky and gross. There was brown stains all on the chair NEVER WILL I EVER AGAIN.

I DIDNT LIKE NOT ONE PART OF MY STAY HERE. I only got $38 dollars back in a refund after sending pictures of the horrible conditions. And I ended up sleeping outside the property in my car because it’s was more comfortable and cleaner than that poor excuse of a room.

We got there at 12:30 am and waited 3O minutes outside because the door was locked and no one came to open the door . I called the number that was on the door to call several times and no answer. I finally gave up and booked a room at the hotel across the street

It was a place to sleep

The ice machine was broken. The room was dirty. The shower curtain was molded. The outlets had burns on them

The bed was comfortable.

- "non-smoking" room reeked of cigarettes - neither TV nor WiFi worked - condensation from ceiling dropped down to furniture - AC ridiculously loud - no coffee available as indicated in promo material - no one at front desk at 7:15 am - had to call a phone number posted on locked door - owner's child and friends playing in busy parking lot - a danger with cars coming in and out - bugs were spotted on floor - furniture very old

The location. It is easy to access and destin is only a 30 minute drive away.

I am a firm believer in you get what you pay for. I don’t feel that was the case here. I stayed here because it was the cheapest in such a short notice. Being the cheapest does not mean cheap. As soon as I got into the room there was a roach in the bathroom. There was a used towel in the closet. I had a king room and the fitted sheet was not for a king bed. It didn’t fit on the mattress. I continued to see roaches and other bugs in the bathroom. I stayed three nights and the room was never tended to. I had to ask for fresh towels each day and a roll of toilet paper.
