The location, staff, cleanliness, and parking was great. This one seems newer.

The bad: the bed was a rock and the (what looked like) fluffy pillows on the bed were used at bed time was only air. These were the flattest, non useable pillows I’ve ever felt. It’s as if they had a few feathers and flattened completely flat. Bring you own pillow!!!! We had the worst night sleep in a long time.

There was bugs in the bed what's the front desk I know they didn't change the room wrote an email to corporate offices they claim they couldn't find anything very poor customer service I was expecting some kind of recall on it to tell me what they doing anything and they did nothing but didn't reach out to me I left my phone number they claimed they couldn't find the reservation they wanted to work information all they did is move my room to me that's inadequate there should have been something done to compensate me for that inconvenience because when I was moved to the new room I still couldn't sleep sorry about bugs bed bugs

It's a nice hotel and the receptionist was pleasant.

Need to replace carpet in the hallway, also the later breakfast on the weekend, I needed to leave early and the breakfast started a half hour too late for me to have it.

The bed was hard as a rock. The chair was highly uncomfortable. The room took forever to warm up.I scheduled with the understanding the hotel jad a jacuzzi and a masseuse. They do not have either one.
