The staff! They were amazing! Everyone was beyond kind and knowledgeable. Conner was amazing! All the shuttle drivers were amazing! The whole staff was amazing!

The mattress on the sofa bed was thin and stained. It looked so nasty that we just used the couch.

There was a long line for the lobby elevator when we arrived. It would've been nice if someone had said there's a second elevator.

The thing I liked the most was the awesome breakfast, one of the best breakfasts I ever had in a hotel. And you could even eat outside. They have a big buffet and good coffee. Room was nice and comfy too.

Breakfast staff ripped plate out of my hand. Pretty rude. Other guests were all there for medical treatment, not a nice theme to have for a vacation but they were all nice.
