Ein sehr grosses Hotel und Casino. Man bekommt ein wenig Las Vegas-Feeling, wenn man durchgeht. Wir hatten bei der Buchung den Wunsch geäußert, ein Zimmer in den oberen Etagen zu bekommen und dieser wurde mehr als erfüllt. Wir hatten ein Zimmer in der höchsten Etage, der 26sten. Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig und das Bad auch. Schön und gemütlich eingerichtet. Der Ausblick war der Hammer, da bodentiefe Verglasung über die gesamte Fensterfront. Wir hatten einen grandiosen Blick auf die Niagarafälle und Kanada. Das war mega! Die Betten sind sehr bequem, es ist ruhig im Zimmer. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet, wir konnten alles zu Fuß erreichen. Top!

Wäre schön, wenn man in dem Hotel, bei dem Preis, den man bezahlt, ein Frühstück anbieten würde.

El servicio de los empleados, el personal no se esmera por explicar bien y si no te entiende se molesta. Sobre todo las dos rubias que nos atendieron en el check out. The employees were very unfriendly. They don’t interest in explaining clear some questions that I had about my bill, and they were upset because I couldn’t understand them.

Good location if you are going to Niagara Falls. You could see the falls from the room. Having the casino downstairs was great for on-site entertainment and there was a 24 hour shop onsite. Pool and fitness center were large and relatively up to date.

Cleanliness was questionable. Found hair on table while dining. Saw a few cobwebs in high up spaces. Pool and fitness center were large and relatively up to date. Terribly slow and hard to use elevator (the card reader required to push a button did not work half of the time).
