The location was great. Easy access to all the various attractions and sights. The staff was very nice and helpful.

Breakfast line was a bit chaotic. Breakfast was good food there just isn’t any flow. People going both directions.

Great Location. Was in walking distance to Horseshoe Falls, Maid of the Mist, and several other attractions.

Staff was not helpful at all. I was double charged for my me of my rooms on Friday after already paying in full on Booking.com. I woke up on Sunday of my stay to another charge from the property. Staff did not care enough to figure this out. Staff member said she would get the manager, but came back and stated she wasn’t there and they had to call her. I personally think she just didn’t want to help either. It’s really upsetting because if it weren’t for the charges and staff it would have been a perfect weekend. I will not be going back to this location regardless of convenience.

Only down side is no pool they have an exercise room? but not a pool they should really consider making it a pool I think more people would enjoy a pool more I was ready to relax poolside

How close the falls were to the location.

The shower head in the room did not work. I asked for a discount for the inconvenience, but was met with, "Since you didn't have to pay for parking ..." from the front staff. I picked this location because Booking reported that we didn't have to pay for parking. I also happen to be part of the Rewards by Choice Hotels, which allows me to have free parking. I have called the manager, Ms. Miracle, quite a few times, and she has not been at the location, nor has she given me a call back. I am met with great frustration and confusion as to why communication is lacking.

Close proximity to the Niagara Falls state park just across the road like less than 5 minutes

No coffee maker or kettle in the room but there is a tea station fully stocked downstairs which is great available all day all night 😀

Locqtion was really good close to border n 5 mins walk to the falls.

Washroom fan was too noisy, breakfast food containers were empty so didnt get chance to taste the food.

Las cataratas quedan a solo 10 minutos del hotel caminando. El desayuno es variado. Las habitaciones son comodas y limpias.

Room was clean, and view Was AWESOME!! Could Hear ROAR of Water over FALLS!! Could see lights of Canada Buildings! Loved being downtown to be able to walk right over to Park and see FALLS!! High Floor was BEST as could see Far!! Breakfast was the BEST!! Hot FOOD's and Waffles hot off the Griddle!! Could have used a little more HELP!! over there...Food kept coming out ...but maybe someone to direct people to how to ...get Griddle to work better and find butter etc.. But ALL in ALL!! We Loved OUR Stay!! Thanks for Making our stay great!!

To Make sure...tub drain ...cleaned out ...so water went down...faster!! But when told desk ...had maintenance men come right up and fix! Also Refrigerator was luke warm...told desk and was fix ASAP!!

The Comfort Inn location and value for the location was outstanding!! The room was good sized and the view was spectacular! Loved the access to the falls and restaurants, everything was within walking distance. Parking was $5, which was amazing. Breakfast was always fully stocked and prepared by very courteous staff! Enjoyed our stay immensely! Front desk personnel were always very helpful and assisted us with whatever we needed!!

Ideal location to visit Niagara Falls. It was only a short overnight stay for us so wasn't able to check out too much of the hotel but from what we saw I would definitely stay again if doing a longer trip.

It's really close to Niagara Falls which is awesome!

Their are no water filling stations in the entire building. The only way to get drinking water is to buy it from vending machines. And it costs $2.5 for 20 oz. So, if you don't get your own water and are a family of 4, you will atleast need to spend $20-30 for one night just for water. Horrible!

Location was great! Great breakfast! The beds where really comfortable. The staff was very pleasant.

Checking in was not on time! No microwave in room. Not enough coffee in the room.
