The breakfast options each day were wonderful. They keep everything supplied and available to choose from. The hotel was easy access to the highway and was located conveniently near food and retail stores. Since our room had an outside entrance we were able to park near our room. We had plenty of room in our king bed room along with an area with a chair/ottoman for reading. The room was clean and comfortable.
If you get a room on the second floor you will need to know you will be climbing stairs to get to your room. If you have mobility issues request a first floor room.

The staff was amazing, the room was very comfortable and spotlessly clean, and although we had only planned to stay 2 nights, we kept extended our stay because we enjoyed it so much!

The young guy who checked me in wasn't really rude, but he needs tips on being a little more personable and not so robotic. Also, there is highway noise.

Super friendly staff & rooms where very clean. Breakfast was excellent & clean area. Will be coming back every year to stay while we visit family! Kids loved the outside pool!

The stairs, it’s hard for me to get up and down stairs. They are doing renovations on first floor.

The bed. One of the most comfortable beds I've slept on in a long time.
The room had somewhat of a smell and the furniture was outdated. Also, the room lighting was a little dark. The room could've used better lighting.

The front staff, John and Vanessa were so welcoming. I wish there were more people like them in the hospitatity industry. The room s were excepectionally clean.

Everything was clean and neat. Continental breakfast was awesome it wasnt jus some cheesy little snacks it was full blown breakfast bar! Room was comfy. Very quiet environment

We specifically requested a 2nd floor interior facing room. We added Friday night and had to switch to an exterior facing which we accepted. She was out in a 1st floor exterior facing, corner room. My wife was traveling alone which is why we requested NOT to be in an exterior facing room for safety reasons. I have canceled our future reservations.

This Best Western in Hickory NC was in a great location, near the highway for convenience but not too loud to disturb my sleep. Breakfast was excellent with eggs and a side meat every day, along with biscuits and gravy and fresh made waffles. An abundance of fruit was also offered. Having coffee and bottled water available all day was also great. Staff was very helpful and everywhere was very clean.
Knowing in advance that there is no elevator to reach the 2nd floor of the hotel would have been helpful, as I would have requested a first floor room as my husband and I are both seniors and carrying our large suitcase up and down the staircase was very difficult.

Right off the bat the man working the front desk was very welcome and such a pleasure to talk too. He told us his name -may have been Steve? Our room was very clean and the breakfast was very good! Wonderful stay. We will be back!
Would love some board games as an option to rent from front desk. The nice man looked for some but couldn’t find any.
