Area is a good location but outside the property the homeless problem and street people are everywhere along with a marijuana store not far. Keep your eyes open if walking especially at night. I was woke up one Saturday evening with people screaming. While not a reflection on the owners of the property- just be vigilant.

Bathroom smelled bad, tub didn't drain properly, staff entered room and turned off the ac and left room hot,sheets were stained,

Convenient location near Venice beach. We rented a car and visited LA from this motel. This was super easy, a good base. Rooms are spacious, bed is very comfortable, easy to find and park. Good AC/heater.

A little bit of black mold in the bathroom.

the beautiful colors, of the walls and the bedspread. they were brilliant, but still restful.

The couple that runs the property, Sam & Mita were extremely nice with us! we even extended our stay 2 times. the place has an excellent location and it’s close to the beach. there is a small kitchenette in the room that we loved! it saved us lots of money. there is also daily maid service and parking. if back in LA we will for sure come back.

it was acceptable quality for a motel, quite clean and spacious. had a hairdryer and shampoo. it had a semi-working heater.

the motel was very noisy, you could hear all the neighbours during the night. location was a bit sketchy.

The location of the motel to the airport and fun things to do was great! The staff was kind, the bed was comfortable, and the shower had great water pressure.

Can't say enough good things! The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable. The bathroom was spacious, and clean, with amazing water pressure in the shower, soft towels, and the toiletries were lovely! The owners were incredibly friendly, and helpful! And the location was fantastic. Easy walk to beaches, quick scooter ride to major attractions, not a bad uber/lyft ride to the Hollywood area. And plenty of food options all around!
