just steps to the beach. the bed was sooo comfortable!

property is pretty run down. staff and checkin a nightmare. and it could so be avoided. they won’t even talk to you until 4:00. and then the line is out the door. and each checkin took forever! computer systems slow?? and although it has a kitchen w/ stove, fridge, coffee pot, it doesn’t have so much as a spoon! not a plate, coffee filter, coffee cup, nothing. The cleaning staff was very nice although we did not have them clean our room. but they gave us fresh towels and tp.

The fact that I got switched to neptune, which is out dated , was not the room that Sun beach advertised, so if your going to book a king , don't expect the Sun beach inn which is nicer than the Neptune

Comfortable bed, clean room

Check in is to late & a nightmare. It took 45 minutes to check in. Check in at 4 & out by 11 gives you less than 20 hours in the room when check in takes almost an hour.

The location is wonderful. It is one block from the beach. The room was spacious and quiet.

The room was bright. Even when the drapes were closed and the lights were out, the Air Conditioner has a very bright llight that glows all night. Check in is confusing. You need to walk across Oklahoma Street and a block down to the Hollywood Hotel to check in. There is a sign, but it is completely hidden by a tree. I tried to move it so people could find it, but it was chained in place.

The location is close to the beach and in a quiet one-way street. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable; we really slept well.

The pictures look nicer than the actual property is. Some of the bulbs in the bath and over the kitchenette didn’t work, an intense sanitizer smell was in the air once we entered the building, we could not open the slider to let in the sun and fresh air, rusty spots inside and outside, impossible to open one curtain without the whole thing coming down (we had to put the nails back into the wall to fix it).

Everything! Anyi was amazing and highly professional. The room was very comfortable, beautiful, and very clean! I think this will be my regular place for my weekly staycations!

The kitchenette was not fully equipped. There were minimal dishes and no cooking implements.

Misleading and very run down. We were put into the most dingiest room when we booked a stay for 15 days. There is one leasing office for MULTIPLE hotels in the area. I’d say check your room out before you agree to anything. Management is overworked and doesn’t seem to care about there rooms being gross. Noises will wake you up in the morning, especially the yelling of workers in the morning. The ONLY good thing about this place is that your a few feet from the beach. After stressing that we weren’t happy in the first room they moved us to a better room but our head board had sugar ants. 😃

room was neat and close to the boardwalk, parking was excellent, but we have to pay 18.00 daily for parking and 100.00 for deposit when you check in.

FYI - I went to the room and the a/c was off. The room was super hot. The toilet didn't stop making noise. I had to wait 2 hrs in the line to check in. if I had an event I would've never made it. i got there at 6 pm and left at almost 8 pm. Horrible. This should've been noted on the reservation. I have stayed at Sun Beach for years with previous owners this never happened before.

I didn't like that we had to pay for parking and on top of that a $100 deposit that will take more than five days to get it back. Other hotels only charge $50 deposit. And parking is free😑🤷🏾‍♀️

Did not partake of breakfast so cannot comment. Location was the best part - so close to the beach.

Had to change rooms 3 times. Sun Beach Inn was infested with termites. Third room was in a totally different hotel with no stove so all food purchased was thrown away.
