We waited to check in for 45 minutes. everyone in line was super mad with the wait. We finally got to our room and the A/C wasn’t working. We opened the closet with the hvac and it was VILE. Caked with dirt and dust with the filter tossed aside dated 1-23-22. 11 months old. We had our small children with us. We requested a refund and loaded our kids and luggage back into our car. They said no and offered us a different room. Sorry, we aren’t staying in a hotel that operates under those dangerous conditions. Not only is it a fire hazard but extremely disgusting that’s what we’re breathing in.

Terrible. The property is big and only one main office that is always crowded with people all with complaints

Everything. Staff did not speak English, items went missing and I had to file a police report. The staff was dismissive and unhelpful in this matter, my items still have not been retrieved. The breakfast was an apple, cereal and toast. Parking was expensive for no reason. This was a complete waste of money and upon arrival I have been wanting to get a refund and leave and I wasn’t allowed. I’ve never seen a business run so poorly. The best part about my stay was leaving.

Worse place ever. Please go elsewhere. Place is dirty tons of Cockroaches . If I could give a 0 star I would I left within first hour.

This place was terrible, over priced mildew and German roaches. Don't was your time or money.

We did not stay and cancelled on the spot . There are iligal drugs and dirty all over the hotel premises we want put money back. The pictues do not match the ñocation and rooms.

Only upside to this property is that it is right on the boardwalk.

This motel is extremely rundown and in desperate need of maintenance and a substantial update. It's dirty, neglected, old and overall unpleasant. To the extent that I almost left halfway through my stay. Upon arrival, the electronic door lock broke and it took over an hour to get into the room. They had to get one of the ladies from the front desk to go through a window and unlock the door to the change the lock. The front door itself looked like a door from a mechanic shop. The living room TV did not work. To remove and replace it, they had to drill holes on the wall, and they left all the dust and residue on the floor. Bathtub was dirty and it smelled like sewer. Kitchen cabinets had extensive water damage and stove did not work. The only reason I stayed is because my kids, who are 7 and 8, were having a blast at the beach. We spent most of our time outside of the room.

Nothing, when I arrived with my reservation, the staff (all of them) are indoctrinated to upsell, whatever you think you reserved they contradict everything that's on the website. The pictures are fake cause I didn't see any rooms that looked like them. I reserved a room with ocean view, not break your neck to try to see the ocean from a crack in the window! There were selective amenities no soap, towels, the kitchen was bare, half the things didn't work, there was no A/C they put a roll-in unit that never cooled enough to cool the whole room and you have to know that in Florida in the summer you need A/C!. There were roaches, the room stunk the bathroom was a sauna and not the good kind that everyone knows is not what you're looking for. They charged for daily cleaning and never cleaned! Plus a $100 deposit for I don't know what cause you don't want anything from there. The floor were so gritty that I had to have shoes on so I wouldn't get the bed dirty. Never changed sheets, picked up garbage only when I told them to. The door to get in was stuck I had to force it open, the numbers on the lock couldn't be seen, you had to guess to open and close the keyless entry. The hinges were rusted, door was falling apart, I didn't feel very safe there. The whole place looks like a hurricane hit it and they haven't fixed anything yet. It's a money grab cause you can't cancel the reservation without loosing every penny you paid in advance. As a provider for establishments like this you should be more proactive in making sure things are as they say. Cause now I know I can't trust your site nor will I use it.

Everything! I suffered for a week and didn't enjoy one of my favorite beaches because of it.

The front desk (located in another building fyi) was wonderful, kind, and understanding. The location is wonderful. The bed was quite comfortable.

The listing images did not match the rooms we got. We've stayed at The Neptune twice before in the past and it's obvious they've remodeled the rooms BUT split them in size. Therefore the images with full kitchens and large fridge are no more. We showed up with my 80 year old mother and a bunch of groceries, only to find that there were only tiny refrigerators. We were planning on staying a week. The building is falling apart, paint is chipping, trash everywhere, and rust everywhere. The remodeled rooms are nice but don't bring lots of food.
