The staff was friendly and it’s in a convenient location.

The room seemed nice enough until we tried to go to sleep. The curtains do not block out the lights they gave right outside the door which are on 24/7. This lets a ridiculous amount of light in which is very annoying when trying to sleep. Also the heater is old and junky and incredibly loud as it kicks on and off all night. It is also right next to a major highway with no sound proofing in the rooms whatsoever. You can hear everything. Needless to say, I slept horribly every night of my stay.

the bathroom sink is blocked!!!!, the phone doesn’t work!!! there is no hot water in sink and water tap is broken, and worse of all is how the management handle it ( did not do anything and they are so rude!!!!! this is absolutely ridiculous

Good location in the middle of town. Friendly and helpful staff.

The space was small, nothing like the photos listed on the website for a regular room, and on top of that the room had a large table and two chairs that barely fit. The quality of sound proofing is questionable as noise (walking, talking, shower, entry doors slamming, etc) from the surrounding rooms transferred clear and loud.

rooms appeared “upgraded” inside despite the exterior looking filthy and completely ignored

i booked using booking.com which means I paid - agreed to pay a set price for the entire stay. I confirmed my check in on my way to the property. upon arrival the person checking me in began creating a new stay as if I didn’t already have it booked with a set price. He then tried to act as if he was doing me a “favor” by including AAA price. when he told me the final cost it was $150 more than the amount I “paid” in booking.com then he pretended to adjust the numbers so they equal what I paid on booking.com. It was 1:30am and this was a bit of a scam. there is no reason to have to edit the charges- they are set in the App. To then make the process of changing the amounts and having me email the booking PDF complicated and lengthy - most likely in hopes that I would grow tired and just pay what he had written up. The manager did mostly make the bill equal the Booking.com price but the rest is totally shady and anyone traveling from LA or San Diego should pay attention as I doubt this is the first time they have done this- booking from scratch and charging more than the App.

The room was very nice and the location was fine, staff is very friendly.

I did not like the false advertisement on Booking.com of a quadruple room with a living room, when i got there they said they did not have rooms like that and they did not have a room for my pets which luckily we decided not to bring at the last minute, the advertisement said they did. The hotel attendant said they should have told us to call first that they only have certain rooms for pets and they were sold out. I will not be using this site again for rooms because that would have been awful if i could not have gotten a room. And how horrible would it have been if i was conducting a meeting in a room i expected to be bigger and more accommodating.

Exceptional breakfast. Served beginning early at 6:00 a.m. This made it possible for us to get on the road early.

very old and loud air conditioning, which made sleeping difficult. All rooms had the same type of air conditioning, making walking outside on the corredor or even open the window very unpleasant due to the noise level. Breakfast was ok, but the eggs were dry, it didn’t taste like eggs to me.
