-Very clean room -front desk staff was very friendly and welcoming -good location right off of the main street; close to restaurants, gas station and short drive from lakes/hiking trails -quiet

Completely horible not clean horrible service as well as racist and discrimination like no other got kicked out for no reason after paying for an entire week 2 day in kicked out 30 mins after check out no reason no notice till 30 mins after felt as if I and my significant other were being watched in the shower as well as the entire room had black mold floor boards peeling up a hole from a punch mark in the shower didn't have any room service for almost an intire week ! Was just the worst experience in my entire life hands down

Easy to use, park the car and access to the office.

Needed a safety latch on window so we could leave it open a couple of inches for circulation.

we stayed just one night so not much to be explored there.

It was spacious. Breakfast was nice, fresh wafels were perfect.

we had a upper room. hot shower and location for walking to places around town.

the breakfast. only had pancakes, and bread. milk was old, no eggs or bacon. I’ve machine wasn’t working.

The bed was comfortable.

The wall mounted heating AC unit was antiquated. It was very loud and did not have a thermostat so either ran all the time or was off. It was not a good option for a very cold night.

Both receptionists were very nice.

The location was not the best neighborhood. Also, the cost for the room was more than it was worth.

We were there 3 days. There was no WIFI in our room. The floor was dirty. Water was not sinking in the bath. The fan in the bathroom was so loud and not working as expected. Every time you turn it on a light was blinking

I liked that I was able to park in front of my room and that the front desk was very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean with microwave and refrigerator and there was a pod coffee maker, which we had problems getting to work. We ended up just getting coffee from the breakfast room. The beds were on the firmer side but not a problem.

I had a terrible problem with the weak Wi-Fi there. The girl at the front desk managed to get it to show up on my phone but as soon as I left the front office, it went off again. We tried over and over and ended up just using my hot spot and cellular data.

Very firm bed, soft pillows. For us that worked well, maybe not for everyone. Rooms are nothing fancy, but clean overall and with all the expected amenities. Location very convenient with easy access to the heart of Bishop. TV was average, worked fine. Shower was clean and used a public shower style soap and shampoo dispenser. Room comes with a fridge, microwave, and blow dryer. Internet was finicky and we had to constantly reconnect, but we did manage to get it working long enough to watch some shows to unwind on a laptop.

The coffee machine in our room did not work at all, and even if it had, only had one pod. They were not changing towels or cleaning rooms daily, only between customers, which they said was due to COVID-19, but other hotels are still cleaning rooms daily. The front desk employees were friendly and conversational, but very unprofessional and unkempt. Essentially minimum wage kids with no work experience who did not value their jobs. However they were helpful for the most part. Room lighting was all harsh white light, and way too bright. Should be warm white and soft lighting. As it was it was hard to find relaxing light in the late evening, especially to watch TV because the lights shine on the TV and make it hard to relax and see clearly what you are watching.
