Al llegar nos encontramos con un magnífico personal que nos atendió; Wendy la chica que estaba en recepción woaoo que amable fue; nos atendió muy bien. La piscina fue lo que más nos encantó! Pudimos disfrutarla. El desayuno es delicioso y el hotel muy hermoso! Cabe resaltar que está muy bien renovado, es la segunda vez que me quedo en el hotel y me sorprendió el hermoso cambio! Definitivamente volvería una 3era vez! Ame el café🫶

I loved the property the staff, the room the breakfast the pools and the location ❤️

I didn’t know it wasn’t beach front but it was up the block crossing the street ! The only issue I had was the they didn’t clean the room everyday I had to ask why but the towel and garbage was taken care of ! Just that they should have the staff to accommodate the amount of people to do the work also didn’t know it was Pet friendly there were a lot of dogs !

Impressive breakfast spread, many choices... cheese omelet, chicken apple sausage, home fried potatoes, make your own waffles, bagels, muffins, dry cereal, oatmeal, blueberries.... and staff was prompt to accommodate refills to assure there was enough!

No suitcase carrier was available at check out.

the staff was friendly and responsive to any requests/issues. particularly EJ who was on during the the evening. if he isn’t a manager he deserves a promotion and/or a raise. He is definitely a professional who responds to the needs of his customers.

Room was clean and the bed was comfortable. We had a bayside room so the view was awesome. We didn't use the indoor pool, but it looked nice. The free breakfast was a bonus.

The room was SOOOOO HOT. We tried to turn down the heat and then tried to just shut the heat off, but even that didn't work. There should be exhaust fans in the bathrooms. Our room didn't have one and neither did our friends' room.
