The location is great. Easy on/off of interstate 81. Close to stores and restaurants.

The beds were full-sized and not queen-sized. It was a pretty tight fit for 2 large adults.

Only 1 towel in bathroom and nothing else.

the thin walls! the person in the room next to me turn his television on at 3:30 a.m. I could not sleep , could hear everything! No shampoo , just 2 bars of soap.

it was just fine for a one night stop to rest kind of stay. clean , right off the ext., car right out in front of your room ( nice if you are traveling alone). its a great stop and go place.

the staff was not nice , very short and not very helpful at all at the front desk area. tv in one of our rooms did not work at all , and the front desk did nothing just sad , sorry about that and done. but that did not help with not having the tv to watch at night.

I lived in Harrisonburg for over 16 years so when I went back to visit I was more than happy to stay here! Family have stayed in the past and it was always a positive experience! Clean beds, clean room and excellent location right off the interstate! It is just the "bare bones" so you get a clean room, a clean bed, a clean bathroom, cable TV, a mini fridge and microwave. The floors are tiled but everything has been done nicely. Our room was quiet except for the occasional car on Rt 11 outside, but that's to be expected with a roadside motel. Would recommend and would stay again!

Noisy and bed was extremely hard. Shower had low water pressure

It was cheap. Roof over our heads, hot water with great pressure in the shower.

Floor was filthy - I walked on it for a minute after showering and my feet were black. Disgusting. Also found cut plastic drinking straws in the towel holder on the wall - that’s sketchy. And how long had they been there? Bedding was super thin. Room was warm enough but I like more than a paper thin sheet and equally thin blanket. There were burn holes in the blanket and the top coverlet was useless.

Employees did what they could to fix problems as fast as they could.

Heating was broken and it was low fourties outside (they replaced the unit within an hour of notice) Toilet was clogged Shower drain was clogged Bad smell in room - possible earlier smoking room Everything was worn down

We made a reservation here last Sat. 10/1. We literally were in the room for 4 mins. And that was 4 minutes too long. The room was DISGUSTING!! FILTHY!!! It smelled like urine. There were stains on the bedspreads. There was bodily fluids next to the bed on the side of the bed.There was DUCK TAPE holding the faucet together. We were desperate for a place to stay that night. We were not expecting a 3 star hotel. This place was uninhabitable!!! We returned to the front office immediately to leave. We were not able to get our money refunded because there was no manager there. I am contacting you as I have called 3 times this week and no manager is there. The right thing to do is refund me for my charge. It is outrageous to charge 250 plus tax for that disgusting room. I have pictures if you find this hard to believe. They remodeled the bathroom, looked good, did not put an electrical outlet in the room. The tv blocked my favorite channel I watch when I travel. Coffee was not available in the am.

honestly, not a lot to like about it. we were just traveling through, so I guess staying here was better than sleeping in our car, but this was the worst place we stayed on our 2 week tour of the eastern US.

air conditioner didn’t work, shower head was leaking, television had poor satellite and picture had “snow”. it was loud, as three doors down there was a party, as if each of the rooms had four people in them, openly drinking beer. next morning the garbage can was overflowing.

Location was good. Staff was friendly

Room was dirty, we were put next to a room that had shoes and clothes laying all over the outside sidewalk, they were loud all night long. Didn’t get any sleep. The bed made the worst sounds. Couldn’t roll over with out it making noise. Decided to leave at 3:30 in the morning because we couldn’t take it anymore.
