the staff was super friendly and welcoming.

the bathroom was not very clean and the breakfast had nothing but carbs no protein

looks like they bout from Jameson Inn, and don’t put any upgrade or money into the property, the staff put us in a so call suite with a non working microwave and no Frig, the TV was small in LR no remote. one set of towels and they were out till the evening. I will never stay here again!

Nothing—it was so bad we didn’t stay there after paying for the night.

checked out the room after I checked in. I lifted up the coverlet on the bed and the sheets were barely on. And the room had a very unpleasant smell. I decided to call my payment a loss and found another good hotel for the night. No more Red Roofs for me.

Room was clean and staff was very nice

The bed in room 125 needs to go asap probably the worst night sleep I've ever gotten.

The platform bed was very comfortable.

The chest of drawers were missing handles/knobs so they were left open for use creating a trip hazard. Only one side of the bed had a lamp and that was rusted. A very heavy desk chair was left upside down on top of the desk area; it had to be lifted so that the surface could be used. The sink drain was open leading to the possibility of a ring sliding off one's hand. The walls were not clean; one area was badly marked. The room was dark at night.

This is an old hotel badly renovated and the restroom smell very badly. There is rust on the every metal in the room and there was no kleenex.

The room was clean and cozy. Front desk was pleasant. Location was great just off 195.

I booked the Red Roof as a last minute stay on a road trip. I bypassed other, less expensive motels, as I thought a $110 room, under the Red Roof name would be clean and comfortable. I checked in, and as soon as I walked in the room it was obvious people had been smoking there. The manager denied this, saying it is a non-smoking hotel. I used the bathroom, and found a package of condiments in the shower. (Salt, pepper, fork). There was a paper wrapper underneath the vanity. The toilet seat was loose, and the toilet itself was loose on the floor, causing a dangerous rocking. We went right to sleep. In the morning, we tried to put on the TV, found no remote. I found a bedbug bite on myself, and later killed a cockroach on the wall. If this hotel is to remain in business, it should costing about $60 a night, or it should be remodeled, with more thorough cleaning procedures.

Very nice, clean room. Ground floor, kind staff.
