The overall location was great and onsite breakfast was convenient.

My initial room had a patched bath tub. I requested another room and that one ended up having electrical outlets that were either loose or dead. The hair dryer had no power whatsoever.

Room was not fully cleaned, linens were not changed, breakfast had no variety, fan wont stay on and it was loud coming on and turning off at night and it kept waking us up every time, walls are paper thin.

Clean and comfortable and decent breakfast for the price. Nothing fancy.

We only stayed 1 night so it didn't really matter to us, but the pool has no water in it. If we'd been staying longer that would have been a huge deal for my kids.

I don't have anything positive about the visit.

The facility was not well kept at all. The room smelt AWFUL. The towels were horrible.

I did not have the breakfast.

I think ending at 9:00 am is a bit early. I would suggest ending at 10:00

The bananas at breakfast time were so yellow and flavorful, I looked forward to eating them everyday during our stay! They were MUCH better than the tasteless, quick-rotting bananas that we buy in most supermarkets. The bed was surprisingly soft and comfortable, not just overly firm, like a box. The shower was in good condition - no leaky tub base, and a strong steady stream of easily adjustable water. The staff were helpful, friendly, knowledgeable, and hard-working! So, we immediately felt comfortable, in the hotel's main lobby where we ate breakfast everyday, in the halls, and on the exterior grounds. This hotel also was considerably cleaner than the many other filthy hotels we have stayed in during this Coronavirus '19. The staff might actually dust the furniture, since there was no caked up dust, nor cobwebs.

The breakfast was the SAME (sausage links, egg circles (smile; maybe, powdered eggs?); same Raisin Bran and one other cereal; same instant oatmeal and grits; and same, watered down apple, cranberry, and orange juice beverages. Tasted fine, but just the same ol' stuff everyday. This hotel, like all others during this pandemic, never got maids to clean our room daily. So, like all other hotels, we had to gather up our own wet, used towels and bath cloths everyday, and place these used things in front of our door, so that staff could pick them up and wash them.

The staff were wonderful

As we opened the door to our first room, the smell of smoke came out to greet us even though we signed an agreement that we wouldn't smoke. We didn't even want to go in. The staff moved us quickly to another room. The tub had been unprofessionally patched and there was a used towel hanging on the back of the door. We didn't ask to move again because it was late and we were very tired from a long drive.

I saw people come in with no reservation and they received a significantly lower rate. The bathroom was dingy and dirty. The property itself was was not well maintained at all cigarette buts and trash all over. Handles to doors were falling off in the lobby

I just thought it was dumpy for $139.00 a night we couldn't use the air condition it was making some loud noise. the maintenance wasn't the best
