The location was amazing
The room was dirty and there wasn’t any house keeping service during our 4 night accommodation. The room air was terrible and there wasn’t any air circulation. The breakfast was so weak, disposable plates and cups were terrible. I wouldn’t stay at same place if I had another plan.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Location was great. The bartender was awesome.
Our room was hot, it did not cool for the 2 days we were there. The hallway was nice and cool but not the rooms. The parking was not good. We had to park in a garage and walk to hotel. Parking garage cost $40 per day and our car was broken into and items stolen.

The Wifi was lacking. Couldn't get a good signal unless you were in the lobby.
The continental breakfast was ok. There could be some improvements. Muffins, yogurt would be a good addition, scrambled eggs instead of boiled

It was in close range of everything we participated in.
Had roaches in the room and the air conditioning didn’t work. Also nobody ever cleaned our room and replenished our towels any day. The front desk was not helpful when informing of why my card was charged everyday of the stay unknown to my knowledge. Also never informed of a $250 deposit on top of the room fee.

Room was larger than I expected and was very comfortable. The hotel appearance was new and clean overall. Breakfast options were sufficient and well-stocked. Room was quiet especially considering close proximity to popular tourist attractions.
Internet was choppy as my room was located in a corner of the hotel. Some mild staining of bedding and in washroom remained after cleaning, which is more of an issue with maintenance/repair/replacement rather than cleanliness. Check in wait was very long as it appears front desk was understaffed. Only one soap bar for both showering and handwashing, and only complimentary shampoo offered (no conditioner).

The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The bartender, Debbie, was amazing and provided an environment that made me like the hotel a lot more.
I did not like that this hotel doesn't offer free parking. The parking is expensive and this should have been stated beforehand. Had I known there wouldn't be accessible parking, I would have chosen a different hotel. Additionally, the breakfast was not that great. It was way too crowded and little seating for the amount of guest they receive. The sausage patties were also undercooked and the waffles were bland.

I had a very pleasant experience during my stay at La Quinta Downtown New Orleans. However, what truly impressed me was the exceptional customer support I received even after my departure. Upon arriving home, I realized that I had accidentally left some clothes in the closet of my room. I immediately reached out to the hotel and was assisted by the manager, Mr. Carlos Harrison, and Mr. Darvonn Ingram. They promptly located my belongings and arranged for them to be shipped back to me. This level of service shows that the hotel staff goes above and beyond to assist guests not only during their stay but also after. I would definitely choose to stay at La Quinta Downtown New Orleans again in the future. Thank you Mr. Harrison and Mr. Ingram.

I’ve stayed in hundreds of hotels in my life. This might be the worst. No housekeeping, bad Internet, disgraceful breakfast. I could go on and on. I had to let the front desk phone ring for 20 minutes before anyone answered. On night four another guest was checked into our room and came in with a key provided by the front desk! Not even an apology!! If I live to be a hundred I will never stay at a LaQuinta again.

Lot of homeless people outside, so the front door is locked. There was also an extra $50 fee if checking in before 4pm. The room was decently clean, just dated overall.
Overall it was okay, but I wouldn’t come back here again.

Great entertainment. Staff was friendly. Serves Breakfast. Lobby was clean and Jazzy ; offers a drink bar that you can purchase alcohol.
No hotel parking; you have to pay for valet parking. Parking is horrible. You take the risk of being robbed over night due to not having free parking; valet is the offered but those services are 40 dollars extra not included in hotel services. Hotel should provide free valet parking services. Due to being downtown and it being so active and crime rate being so high.

The property was great the only draw back was, there was no parking and there was a parkade but it was expensive. It would have been nice if you get a bit of a discount by staying in the property. $55 US for 24hrs

one extremely rude check in person who treated us like second class citizens for using booking.com (3rd party) I fell and injured myself because of a valet sign that was incorrectly placed outside of exit door. No pool even though it stated in booking options

The hotel was nice however not as close to Bourbon Street as we were told. Breakfast was fine, really short time period 7-9am. Hotel was nice and clean. Immediate customer service, never had to wait.
We were told there was parking on site, there was not. We had to use public parking next door, $28. Found old food still in refrigerator. It was starting to smell, don't know how long it had been left there.
