Our big room loved it

Nos encantó la cercanía al parque Disney, tiene muy buenos restaurantes al rededor. El hotel muy limpio, muy seguro y cómodo. La atención y servicio fue excelente por parte de todo el personal

It’s walking distance from Disneyland.

People at front desk doesn’t speak spanish. Breakfast with no variety, and just 1 type of protein.

Let me just say. I'm disappointed it came to this. I tried to handle this directly with the hotel and was given the run around too many times. If this saves someone else from the nightmare I endured, it's worth it. I was given the wrong room after paying, and they told me they had no additional rooms to change to even tho this new room didn't fit us all. I asked for a refund to get another hotel room, and I was told no since the manager had to be the one to do it. I was left to sleep on the couch since the room didn't have enough beds as I was expecting. I had to purchase an air mattress the next day. I asked for clean bedding (was told washing machine is broken), we used the same 4 towels all 4 days for 6 of us!!! Till the last morning they gave us 2 towels and a hand towel. The bathroom door broken/off hinges wouldn't shut. handle to door broken wouldn't lock. shower/tub disgusting. AC would NOT stay cold all night, I had to buy a fan. Mini fridge smelt like death. The breakfast buffet DOES NOT EXIST. It's the worst breakfast I've had at a hotel to date. I tried all 4 days I was there to speak with a manager. I was told she just stepped away and would call me back. Yet, I still never spoke to her. I'm extremely disappointed in LA quinta. I would have not stayed had I known it is a motel 6 disguised as La quinta. Definitely don't plan on staying again.

Was close to Disneyland resort. Breakfast was nice to have first thing in the AM but could have been organized a little better and allowed to take to room anytime.

PARKING. The attendant was not very friendly the last night. Parking was extremely tight and or not available. Seemed to be secure.

I loved that it’s located close to Anaheim Garden( walking distance) and Disneyland. It’s close to restaurants and a movie theater

It smelled like wet dog in the hallways and it was really warm.

The room was big and modern. Very nice bathroom area. I liked the partition in the room. Two tvs was a nice touch.

The WiFi was awful. We couldn't even get through one episode without it pausing and skipping. Next time I would bring DVDs.

This is the only place I always look for when here in Anaheim, and they always have my king apartment available, which is always cleaned upon arrival. The staff is one of the best to me, especially Stephanie or Estaphany ( I hope I spelled it correctly). She had the brightest personality at the front desk in the mornings. It's always a joy to see her at the front. Her customer service and willingness to help are beyond my expectations. She wvwn had maintenance come by, per request from me about how to operate the sockets, and he really did come by and actually explained to me how it goes. I thank him for that as well. Also again, Omar is another one who is very cool, not just standing there but actually a small conversation which is important these days. I am sad to go but I'll be back soon!! Thank you, Omar and staff!!!

everything especially the late check in past the appropriate check in time having my family wait extra longer and the non working room phones and how they are so late to check you in but so fast to knock on the door and so fast to kick you out at check out never again in fact I want a refund!!!!!!

Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Staff is neutral but helpful.

Breakfast is cheap and not very healthy. Lobby looks messy and cheap. Toiletries are average. Pillos need update.

Not very insulated, I could hear neighbors upstairs every step and above the pool so heard that unti 9, not alot of parking, no soap in bathroom

Didn’t like that parking was charged per night. It wasn’t specified or maybe it was too fine of a print to know

The man that checked us in was very patient and kind.

Sirens sounded loudly at night. The walls seemed very thin. We could hear others, walking, talking, and conversing in the parking lot.
