The walk to Disneyland was very easy. It was a quick $2 bus ride to Food4Less. The pool and hot tub were perfect. The rooms are clean but the sofa but was very squeaky when turning in bed. Walgreens is just across the parking lot. Starbucks is directly below. Subway sandwich was just across the street. The staff were very friendly. Breakfast was great!

We liked everything,
We didn’t like that we found the toilet dirty , had urine and pubic hair on the seat. We waited for an hour to have someone come clean it so in the meantime we walked down to use the lobby restroom.
On our second day we asked front desk to have our trash taken out and replace our towels so we could shower at night after our day at Disneyland and they didn’t do it.
I called front desk and neither of the 2 girls working wanted to take towels so I had to walk to get them. And we slept with our trash cans full. Another thing is we found lots of big roaches in the pool deck and the spa.

Very easy access to the Disney Parks. A comfortable room with good beds. Very nice breakfast. The pool and gym are a bonus, and the Starbucks and restaurants at ground level are also really convenient.
The pool area needs more and better shade.

I liked the room, it was spacious and comfortable.
The room that we stayed in had a smell to it. The maintenance guy did come and replace the filter but it still had a stench to it.
I also didn’t like that the staff did not go over any of the amenities for our stay. We were not aware the of hours for breakfast, bar, or the pool. We left a few items behind and I went down to the front desk and asked if they had any of the two items. They replied no, but didn’t even bother to check
Or call house keeping to check for the item.

Loved the location! Property was super clean! Staff was very helpful and welcoming! The breakfast was so impressive! I have allergies and couldn’t eat the eggs on the buffet so the chef made me eggs by themselves! I’ve never had a hotel breakfast do this for me! Blew me away! Highly recommend!!
Parking is a little crowded but ultimately there is plenty, you just may have to park in the parking structure.

The location was perfect. Having Starbucks, Walgreens, and the pizza place easily accessible was amazing!! Breakfast was great and the staff was fantastic! Easy walk to Disneyland and the convention center.
The room needed more mirrors. For a room that sleeps 6, only having the bathroom mirror was pretty inconvenient. There was a small mirror at the room entry that we used too, but that wasn’t ideal.

The staff from the breakfast buffet they were amazing they sing, happy birthday to my daughter, and they give her a present. Thank you so much.

Walls were thin we were put in a room that could be a joining room, the guests next to us had a lot of kids so it was a little noisy also we can hear all the street noise off of harbor

I have to say the only thing that I really really liked about the property was it’s close proximity to Disneyland only about an eight minute walk
Where shall I began?? I was very disappointed in this hotel. The pictures are very deceiving. The only good thing about it was it’s close walking proximity to Disneyland, about 8 minutes. When I arrived the first thing I saw were electric scooters in a large area of the lobby, behind the desk was cluttered with luggage from guests. I was expecting a little more upscaled hotel than I found for the price I paid… $1200 for 4 nights. The room was clean & beds comfortable but to pay that price was a bit disheartening. They do offer FREE breakfast every morning which was decent.

The room was big with fully equipped kitchen, it was very comfortable, the location is close to Disneyland (walking distance), the staff was very friendly, always smiling and willing to help,

Great location. 10 minute walk to Disneyland. Close to shops and restaurants. Very modern room and good sized pool. If you sign up to their mailing list you get 2 bottles of water free everyday.
