Clean, kind check in, great staff & great breakfast!

The hotel exceeded my expectations. Everything was clean and new. My son used the pool and it was perfect. The customer service lacked! The front desk was rude. Was on the phone when we arrived didn’t thank us for our wait hardly even looked at us. Literally didn’t look up. The gentleman who was in charge of breakfast was delightful. Said good morning and asked how we were. It’s the small things that matter and in my opinion take very little energy but is so appreciated. The front desk seemed put out and obviously hates her job.

When we first walked inside the place, it smells like Marijuana. Which is unpleasant.

Beds were nice. My children liked the pool

My children, including my 2 year-old granddaughter, got stuck in the elevator for about an hour. It was too hot and stuffy. They had no water. I would hope that the hotel would be able to help out with the cost of the rooms since this happened to us. However, the women behind the desk said that I had to contact bookings.com first and then they would contact the hotel.

it was in a convenient location

There were several homeless people around the hotel. this is more of an issue that the city of Yakima needs to address but it still made us uneasy. We were approached at our car in the hotel parking lot and solicited for money, drugs, or antifreeze…

We only stayed one night, but our stay was pleasant. The room was quite big and had everything we needed. The bed was comfortable. Decent breakfast

There weren't a lot of vegan options for breakfast, but the hotel offered at least granola, bread, and almond milk.

Breakfast was good. I liked that the coffee was available 24/7. Pool hours for adults only after 10pm was nice.

Hot tub was very dirty. Room had strong food odor during entire visit as if previous guests spent their time cooking in the room.
