There was a guy prowling the parking lot when we arrived when he noticed that we were watching him he quickly took off.

It was a great last min stay. We would stay more often if you had gluten free options for breakfast.

I had a 9am Zoom meeting, so I got up and ready. At 8:30, I called downstairs to confirm what time breakfast is done, I was told 10am. So I told my husband, and he was going to let the kids sleep for 30 minutes and then go down. But when they got downstairs, breakfast was done. Please make sure your employees know the information if they answer the phones.

We came for state basketball tournament. 2 rooms, beside each other which is what we wanted. The breakfast was excellent. The staff was always kind, especially for such a busy weekend. Used the pool and the gym.

The rooms could have been cleaner and I thought the hotel was closer to the sundome. Overall felt safe and rested though. breakfast could be longer hours 6am - 10am everyday:)

The pool looked murky, but the kids had a good time anyways.

The customer service was consistent across the board from the front desk, housekeeping, food staff and this was through 3 shifts during my stay. My husband and I were in a accident and had nothing. The generosity of the staff made feel so secure and cleanliness of the room and the accommodations considering my husband fractured his spine was phenomenal. I will never forget this experience. P.s. nobody knew our situation except the night shift that checked us in.

I have nothing to say I think this will be my new choice of hotel no matter where I am.
