The entire staff was very pleasant and genuine. We ate breakfast every morning at the hotel. I orders were familiar and kids menus waiting at the table we liked. Our kids looked forward to this each morning. The gym for me was absolutely fantastic! It fit every need I have as a fitness competitor and coach. I was able to stay completely on track! Just an all around great stay.

Lobby was nice but the section we stayed in was outdated.

Rooms were outdated and it was right beside the airport which we didn’t know until we arrived. We stayed 2 nights and our room was never cleaned during our stay.

This hotel is amazing and the staff are super friendly and helpful! Our first night we were woken up by what I presume was a fan vibrating the wall, reception moved us room straight away which solved the issue, breakfast was amazing and Holly was really friendly, the swimming pool was nice to take my son too, and for check out my husband was feeling sick and they offered us check out at 12 which is greatly appreciated! The rooms are extremely clean! Both rooms we were in were such a high standard of cleanliness and the huge bathtub was a nice addition! There is parking here aswell for hotel guests which is nice to have, pull out couch was comfy aswell, cookies in check in were yummy! Maintenance are quick aswell, we needed him to turn of the accessible alarm that was pushed accidentally. I would absolutely come back here again!

Maybe the location. It was clean.

The rooms were ok. The design of the room was weird. The bathroom door would not shut. The beds were not very comfortable. No microwave in the room. No complimentary breakfast. For the price, would have thought there would have at least been a continental complimentary breakfast. There was construction in front of the hotel, so using the main entrance was hard. Also trying to navigate through the parking lots was weird also. The rooms and hotel were clean though. We have stayed at the same hotels other places, and they were a better value and more convenient. Staff was pleasant though.

For the price. Room was to small. Bathroom door would not close. Light when entering room dod not work. Great view of the wall outside of window. Checked in at 11 am came back to hotel at 5 and room was not ready. Never got offered anything until after I called corporate to find out why room was not ready. I am a diamond member. After they found out I was a diamond member they gave me a cookie. REALLY. HILTON IS GOING DOWN HILL.

worst layout of any hotel i have stayed in. second floor has seven steps in order to get to your room! You must lift your !luggage up these stairs!

The room was spacious, and we loved the bathroom. Very clean there. The hotel itself was lovely, quaint but good environment. Staff was friendly and attentive to our needs
