It was clean

We were rushed through the breakfast, staff didn't seem to like their job. Expected it to be more Christmas decor than what it was. Overpriced for what we felt like the experience should've been. Most likely won't stay again.

We always love the decor, but the changes that have been made are exceptional, especially the display in honor of veterans and those in service. The Christmas Place highlights Santa, but also does a wonderful job of emphasizing the true reason we celebrate Christmas, the birth of Jesus. Also impressive are the two scavenger hunts that you can do. Our granddaughter has been there several times, and has always loved this activity. Christmas Place has done a good job in reworking the scavenger hunts, and the prizes are so much better than they have been in the past. All three were hits with our 10 year old granddaughter.

The mattress was so soft that it was uncomfortable.

I can’t say enough about this Hotel, it’s great. the staff are super friendly, nice pool and hot tub, breakfast and at night hot cider and milk and cookies. we had a Christmas tree in our room. it’s just like you stepped into a hallmark movie. Even Santa is here 🎄

It was amazing, absolutely beautiful and so wonderful. My uncle and I absolutely loved it!!

Nothing, everything was wonderful. just needed some more lights on the trees for an even better Christmas feel.

Absolutely magical! This by far was the best hotel we have stayed at! Every detail so carefully planned to perfection. From the warm cookies and hot apple cider, to the amazing breakfast and comfortable heavenly beds. Christmas magic all year! We will be back and highly recommend! 10/10

the overall experience was wonderful from the time we checked in until the time we had to leave. The room was comfortable and breakfast was amazing. The bed was comfortable after a long day out

Breakfast was great and the room was very large and clean.

The shower didn't function completely as it should have but it was tolerable.

Everything was awesome. We loved all the decorations on each floor. And the staff was super friendly and helpful. We look forward to another stay in the near future.
