The mattress and pillows were very soft and comfortable. The beach is a stone’s throw away, very pleasant! Free parking! Free water and juices in the breakfast room.

We paid for an ocean view room but did not get it. There are only 2 ocean view rooms so I suggest not paying extra to get them because your chances are slim you will get it. The kitchen is in DESPERATE NEED of refurb, everything is old, stained, the ceiling is just awful. Very uninviting!

right on the beach, low-key, quiet. pretty good coffee available or you can make your own in your room. parking is super easy, no valets:) it’s like old times.

could use a good cleaning and some fixing up especially bathrooms. but still love it for location, peace and value.

Moldy, old, salamanders IN the room @& bathroom . Bad breakfast food.

Location was fantastic, beach was nice, the cabanas were a nice bonus and the lounge chairs were in great condition.

The accommodations are definitely dated. The flooring seemed to be fairly new but that seems to be the only thing updated. The molding and trim seemed to be hodgepodge and everything trying to be blended with caulk and paint. Even the face of the laminated countertop was painted over because the laminate was gone

LOCATION RIGHT ON THE BEACH, ALTHOUGH IT RAINED BOTH DAYS! WE LEFT A SET OF KEYS IN THE ROOM, WHICH "MIKE - THE MANAGER SAID HE WOULD MAIL BACK TO US IMMEDIATELY. WELL DONE!

THE BED COULD BE GREATLY IMPROVED UPON. OTHERWISE ALL IS GOOD. WE WILL BE BACK!

The location was beautiful. The staff was helpful. Loved getting freshly brewed coffee throughout the day. Although there was not a large selection of breakfast items, it was nice to have the option if you weren't in the mood to make it or go out for breakfast. It was quiet and relaxing.

There were ants all over the bathroom throughout the visit. Some of the blankets and sheets had yellow stains on them. The windows were very dirty, so it made it difficult to enjoy the view. The countertops were peeling and the refrigerator was very difficult to close. There was very weak water pressure for the bathroom sink, could barely wash my face. If these rooms were updated and remodeled this would be a definite 10 out of 10 stay.

The location was excellent—right on the beach! The property is definitely dated, but very, very clean and comfortable. Pool/beach towels provided. Small but attractive pool, nice BBQ area, great beach access. Great place to come with kids. Definitely a serious family vibe to the facility, lots of friendly kids & dogs. Kitchens and bathrooms were very clean.

There was a lightbulb missing in one of the lamps that was plugged in, so that was a yikes, but really minor. A couple of light switches didn’t work. The property is just old, the locks on the doors were a little tricky. Basically, if you were wanting a super luxurious property, this probably isn’t a good fit. But wow, the beach! So beautiful it’s hard to say anything bad. 😊
