Bedroom carpet sticky. No room water. No bathroom supplies…q-tips, shower cap, razor, facial cleanser. This is visiting on the grid. About $250/night.
Came to breakfast and a toddler in diaper was scooting the buffet top, throwing food everywhere.

The desk manager was highly motivated and professional
The kitchen server who is Black the older lady. Shes very polite and gives you a welcome that is needed in an organization like yours. Her professionalism is supreb. A worker like that needs to be considered a supervisor position. Overall everyone was outstanding and professional.

The room on the second floor was probably one of the most quiet rooms I have had the experience of staying in. Very clean, excellent design. Also made a request for bars in bathroom and no problem as they filled the request. Would definitely stay there again. Desk attendants were very nice.

Property was a good location for us as we have family in the area we visited. Also loved the free breakfast! Front desk staff were wonderful and very helpful. Pool was clean and warm!!
The room decor was outdated. Our bathroom shower walls had mildew stains so clearly the cleaning staff did a poor job. Also rooms were cleaned only every other day.

Unfortunately the bus station in front of our window, was a shelter for a few people that slept there in the bus station.

That it was so convenient and comfortable. it was so close to everything I could just walk if I wanted to breakfast was amazing it caters for everyone.
not sure all I know is that if I came that way again I will definitely stay there again....
