Outdated, dirty carpets, cabinets doors at breakfast room falling of the hinges… Bad smell ..

The location was great.

It was very dirty. The walls and doors were nasty. The carpet in the hallways looked like they have not been vacuumed in weeks. The wall paper was peeling. The pillows on the bed were like pancakes. This hotel needs major renovations!!!

Breakfast was decent

The room was totally disgusting. Towel rack in bathroom broken briwn stuff on walls in bathroom of 414. Pool closed a few days. Suppose to offer coffee and tea 24 hrs wasnt available. Room keys quit working multiple times. Rooms were not cleaned sheets mught have been washed but definitely not comforter.

The staff was nice

It was dirty it smelled horrible I didn’t even stay one night I walked in and walked out hoping to get my money back

Property was cheap and in a great location. Rooms and facilties were dated but still very good place to stay for the price.

Liked the location of the stores in the area.

Wished it could've been cleaner and it really needs updating in interior.

The pool looked unkept, not enough outlets in the room the ones that were there were loose and barely held a plug.

Staff was wonderful, breakfast was awesome. Staff was friendly and very helpful. Beds were comfortable but small.

Need to upgrade to queen size beds for more room for two sharing a bed. Had a lot of trouble with having hot water.

Good location

Hallways had a strong marihuana smell even though it is supposedly be a smoke free property. Room was clean but it smelled like mold/humidity. Door was stuck; front desk lady helped by forcefully pushing the door.

Martha (desk) excellent service and very friendly Willie also was very helpful in making our experience excellent.

Needs repairs in room, incomplete breakfast menu and poor care of eating area. We went out for breakfast because of the poor presentation .

Two staff members. Willie and Martha tried to make things right. They were the best part of this facility. Great attitude and tried to help without getting in trouble.

Very dirty and run down. Breakfast is a mess. They give you 2 bath towels,face cloths,and hand towels in your room. If you request more you have to bring your dirty towels down to the lobby to get fresh towels. Plenty of excuses about why there wasn't enough breakfast. Excuses were the eggs are frozen, the Truck didn't come in and there is a banana and fruit shortage in Florida. On 2 occasions no hot water. If you found something to eat , there was no place to sit and eat it. Attitude of breakfast staff was unfriendly,and don't bother me.

Booked the room for two queens. The beds were fulls.

The property was not very clean the staff wasn’t very friendly or welcoming

wasn’t clean ice machines didn’t work and it had a foul odor . And the lady that was working at the breakfast three or for me at all, all she did was stand there and stare at you

My room smelled horrible, no hand soap, no trash can, no clean linens in between days,

We had reservations for one night. When we went to the front desk, it appeared as though no one was available who knew how to access information from their computers. Twenty minutes later we were in our room. Yikes, it had only one chair. Wife went to the front desk to get another chair for the room and was told that each room was allotted one chair. Willie, the custodian, came to her aid and she was finally given a second chair. Willie was the only pleasant staff member we encountered on the property. Accommodations were fine. Breakfast was great.

no hot water, place was dirty, lots of dirt, stains, etc. on carpeting.
