Everything was great I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone that has to travel thru Cleveland

Very clean, nice spacious room and excellent breakfast with Wonderful Staff members serving.

Location was convenient. Mostly updated. Bed was comfortable. Clean (for the most part)

Urine on toilet and finger nail clippings on the sink when we arrived. Location was a little noisy but tolerable.

We booked this property the day before Thanksgiving on our travels - so it was very unplanned. We thought the property was very well managed and clean. The check-in was very easy and quick and the breakfast was fantastic. The kitchen staff even offered us "to go" containers - since we were the last ones to eat that day and they had plenty left that was going to be thrown out - that was a nice option and made for a great snack later. The location was very easy to get to - though the city was a bit overwhelming to navigate. The rooms were very clean and the amenities were what we needed. Though we didn't use it, the hotel offered discounts to the restaurant across the street and the check in host was very knowledgable about the area's offerings.

The only thing we didn't like was the staff that were right outside the front doors smoking as we checked out. There were three of them - presumably on their smoke break - but it was right at the entrance as we were trying to load and leave so it was kind of annoying b/c they were talking loudly and smoking right by where we were loading.

My only disappointment was at checkout, booking.com said total should have been 377 for 2 nights, location charged 390…..when asked, I was told to ask booking.com, never had a discrepancy before.

Very clean and beds were comfortable.

Close to the freeway so a little loud.
