They charged us double! Which was a total of $1500. It was New Years and they took an extra $700 out of our banking account and when they refunded it they put it on the wrong payment method and we never saw the money again. Our bank account was close to negative on New Years weekend! The entrance door to our room was broke and wouldn’t shut! The bathroom door wouldn’t shut. There was not even a latch on it. It was a suite. There were NO mirrors in the whole suite except the small one above the bathroom sink. We have a big family! Just an awful experience! I highly recommend getting another hotel!!!!

bathroom wasn’t clean and the back of the door of bathroom has something yellow that was spilled on it. the door to the room had a big gap between the top of door and bottom of door. letting a good bit of light in and sound from hallway.

Breakfast was good!

Heat cooled down in the night on its own. I gave requests to booking.com and the hotel did not honor them because they said they never received them.

This hotel was immaculately clean, beautifully appointed rooms with beds that were extremely comfortable and a staff that would do anything to help.

There was absolutely nothing that I didn't like.

The room was comfortable and clean. The breakfast was warm, welcoming and delicious 😋 Indoor rooms, rather than doors that open to the parking lot. I feel somehow safer this way. I loved that it is right off the highway, which was good for me on a long road trip.

I loved everything, but if you are looking to improve something, I would say offer flavored creamers. I had my own with me that I used. But I have stayed at other Best Westerns that offer it.

Room clean. Bed very comfortable.

Had to ask for towels and toilet paper. Room not checked every day.
