The price - very reasonable….especially compared to other locations in the same area. Also close to stores for shopping (food, clothes, gas, etc). There was also a receptionist that I wish I had gotten her name. I heard a guest shouting and cursing her out because there was no cable. She was so rude to her that I came outside (the guest had ME upset that I wanted to say something). When I asked the receptionist if she was okay, she said “Oh, I’m fine. It comes with the territory, so it’s no biggie.” The way she shrugged that off was so genuine, she inspired me on how to not take things so personally. I tried to get her name, but she was gone for the night and the other lady didn’t know it either. If I could’ve gotten her name, I would have sent a special shout-out to her with corporate (she impressed me THAT much).

Noisy! Being that it’s near eateries, you could hear the bass from one of the restaurants. No kidding….it was so loud, I knew what songs they were playing. Would also be nice to include bigger bars of soap, cable/Wi-Fi that works, and a functioning heater (mine kept shutting off and wouldn’t come back on…even when the room was cooler - had to constantly unplug).

We were looking for some where close to the hospital so we could shower and get some sleep. It did the job. The shower and bed was clean and that was what we were looking for.

There was a couch in the room that had a lot of stains on it but we didn't use it anyway.

The couch was filthy .. honestly I wouldn’t sit on it and the beds were big enough but so very hard we had a hard time laying on it and didn’t get much sleep. No breakfast but that was confirmed ahead of time and don’t expect breakfast next door at Popeyes because they don’t open until 11:00 Most importantly there was NO COFFEE POT

I never stayed at the location that was booked. Room was so smoked out, I was not able to bring my wife because of her having asthma. I had reserved the room but wanted to look at it first so I went to the location asking to look first. Although we said we would take the smoking room because it had the jacuzzi tub, it was unbearable to stay in the room although they tried and masked it with a bunch of spray deodorizers. It was terrible. While I was outside talking to my wife, the lady cancelled the reservation so I had nothing and of course, there was no refunds and had to pay the cancellation charge equal to the nightly rate. Horrible. Will never deal with Americas Best again.

The property is a motel for as much as I paid I’m not sure how I missed that. The staff is rude calling a hour & a before check out to ask if I’m checking out as if I’m not sleeping. Then they began knocking at the door repeatedly 30 minutes before check out as if they hadn’t called already. The beds are hard not firm but HARD like sleeping on a floor. The pillows were flat three of them doesn’t do the job of one. I’ve had better sleep in my car truthfully.
