We love Dunes of Seagrove, and had a wonderful trip. The condo was very nice and comfy and we had a gorgeous view of the ocean . Highly recommend, and hope to return next year !

We enjoyed the unit. The beach is perfect. Not crowded and well kept. There was plenty of space for our little family in the unit. Just my husband and I, and our baby. The unit was nicely decorated. We also really liked the balcony. I thought it would be loud with the pool right there, but it wasn’t at all. Very quiet and relaxing stay. Other than one area, everything was clean. It’s a lovely area with great restaurants. We went to Old Florida Fish House and George’s at Alys Beach. Definitely recommend both of those.
There were a few repairs that needed to be made, one being the right faucet in the bathroom. The guest bath smelled very strongly of urine. I’m guessing some small boys stayed there before us. I do wish they had a Pack & Play for small children. Also, some basic beach and pool gear would’ve been nice. I had to buy beach towels, a crib, etc. We flew in from Texas, so we had to buy several things to stay here. But I do understand that’s more to have to keep up with. I’d also like to note that you’ll need to bring things like salt & pepper and oil if you’d like to cook.

Assigned parking space not in sequential order making it difficult to find. TV remotes impossible to figure out!! You need to include a sheet of instructions. A potentially dangerous trip hazard extends across the sliding doors leading to the balcony! It looks like an accident (lawsuit) waiting to happen.

Staff was very helpful. It was my first time staying with them and I had a lot of questions. Looking forward to going back next year.
We rented unit for 6 days. I wish they would have left more toilet paper, trash bags and paper towels.

Everything. The whole facility, the staff, and location was outstanding. I will definitely come back to this property.
At novault of the property, one of the main water lines had a leak and needed to be repaired. 4 hours one day and 4 hours the following day... but, the property management refunded $100 plus applicable fees for the inconvenience. That's customer service.

We have stayed at the Dunes several times. This was the first time in 102A. Lovely condo , very clean except that two glasses were in the dishwasher, the washing machine flooded the room it was in and we couldn't operate the televisions. All of this was taken care of by 4 PM the next day, but this was very inconvenient for us, but all ended well. I asked for a discount for these issues and was given one.
I did find the price misleading however as when I booked the reservation it was$105/night for 3 nights but the actual bill was almost $700 because of all the fees added on. Booking.com needs to make those fees available before using a charge call for a Non refundable reservation. Very disappointed about the actual cost; far mire than I was prepared to spend. Thus the ratings I gave.
