Beautiful room and wonderful front desk staff

Very close to the strip

Location was decent if you don’t mind walking. Bed was very comfortable to me. Staff was nice during check-in🙂

Hotel needs to upgrade rooms (we stayed in the 515 location). Carpet was dirty and stained, and the room was really dark with only two little lamps. We stayed for 3 nights (4 days) and we never once came back to our room serviced, not even emptying the trash. Only two sets of outlets, one being behind the bed?! && one across the bed. Our refrigerator had issues and leaked water all over our floor. I will add that we never once called the front desk for anything because it was a short stay and I just wanted to relax and not deal with confrontation.

The Condo was absolutely beautiful, VERY clean!!

Only negative would be someone pulled fire alarm late in evening. And the room next to us their smoke detector was dead and kept chirping. But by far not the property’s fault.

We stayed on the first floor in a 1 bedroom Condo. It was great! While checking in, a bear walked across the street. It was so exciting to watch! The workers were very friendly and helpful during the entire stay. The room was very spacious with a kitchen, fireplace, jacuzzi, and a balcony that was accessible from the bedroom and the living room. We played basketball, shuffle board, ping-pong, checkers and enjoyed time around the fire pit. The room was clean and inviting. The Trolley stopped right in front of the property. We have nothing negative to say about the property. We had a fantastic stay!

The size and layout of the condo were nice. The location was within walking distance to many attractions, dining, and shopping. The beds we’re comfortable too.

I loved the location. It was right from the strip and we enjoyed walking the strip and the many places to go and visit. I also liked that the room was clean and had plenty towels!

I didn’t like that the room/condo had that small tub and not a jacuzzi tub.

Great location- walking distance to downtown. Spacious 2 bedroom condo; comfortable bed. Our bathroom/shower was beautiful!!

Two dislikes: (and one of the main reason I booked here) was the big outdoor pool- was closed and the furniture is VERY worn and outdated- it was kind of gross looking!!

The property was well maintained and clean! We booked a double Queen room and a 2 bedroom suite. Both were super clean and the beds were comfy. We were within walking distance of the strip. The hotel was even a pickup and drop off location for the free tram which was nice when we were tired of walking. The pools were an extra bonus for our little ones. The staff was so helpful and accommodating.

The parking garage was very tight parking. We made it work every night, but it was definitely a hassle trying to find a spot to park that would fit our cars. Our suite was on the 5th floor and the gaps between the floor and the railings on the balcony was big enough a very small child could fit between them and fall. This made us nervous having a one and three year old, but we just didn’t allow them on the balcony to save our sanity.

Only thing liked about the property was the decent deal and price.

Well. Not much honestly. It had a balcony and a decent size tub.

The PARKING. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS!!! NOTHING IS CLEARLY MARKED. THE SPACES ARE BARELY BIG ENOUGH FOR A TINY SUV. EVERYONE WAS PARKED IN 2 OR MORE SPACES SO IT TOOK 20+ MINUTES TO FIND SOMEWHERE TO PARK WHERE WE COULD OPEN OUR DOORS. HAD TO CALL AND TRY TO FIGURE OUT WHERE OUR ROOM WAS ONCE I FOUND SOMEWHERE TO PARK BECAUSE NOTHING TELLS YOU ANYTHING. THE LADY THEN TALKED TO ME LIKE I WAS DUMB. WORST STAY IVE EVER HAD UP IN GATLINBURG. WE COME UP EVERY OTHER MONTH. THIS WAS FOR A LAST MINUTE VOLLEYBALL TOURNAMENT SO WE COULDNT GET A ROOM AT THE PARK VISTA WHERE WE USUALLY STAY. WAY NICER FOR LESS MONEY.

We were not informed that the check in procedure involves going to a separate building across the street. In my years of traveling this is the only time I have experienced this.

You have to walk to the laundry to get towels, housekeeping is not allowed to give towels or linens.

I was asked if I wanted to upgrade for $40. Very nice room

Very spacious and in a great location.

The Jacuzzi we had in our room was dirty and not enough towels. No towels in the pool area.
